Cons:

The staff at the front counter in the night shift was beyond rude and not helpful at all.
I used booking.com and reserved 2 room with 2 beds.
at arrival they could only find one room booked and my booking.com showed I reserved 2 rooms. NO HELP AT ALL
At check in then she continued to charge me an additional fee for the 3 night I believe an additional $115.00 and told me she did not have to honor what I reserved it for. I was in a bind and had no choice but to pay the extra money..
The only positive is I went downstairs the next morning and discussed my situation and she was helpful and credit me the additional fee and said the lady should not have done that she should have honored the fee I reserved for

Pros:

We were very happy with everything. The facilities were very nice and clean.

Cons:

The only issue was that our room was next to the laundry room, so we could hear the washing machine running during the day. Fortunately, it was quiet at night. We asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked.
Other than that, everything was great!

Confortavel.
Pros:
