Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and the hotel was pretty decent breakfast could be better but over all it’s a an okay hotel 8/10

Cons:

Under construction in some parts of the hotel that had the pool area closed

Stay was amazing.
Pros:

Great hotel. Best one I’ve ever stayed at. No problems at all, workers super friendly. Great breakfast. Coffee after breakfast was a great bonus for this tired mom. Will come back at a later date to this hotel.

Cons:

One elevator working with a busy weekend but that didn’t stop my great experience. Still a great hotel.

Great breakfast, wonderful staff, excellent location
Pros:

I love that the property is attached to the convention center. We stayed here for a dance competition and it was awesome for everything to be in one place.

Other than the overcharge and rude front desk person, the stay was great.
Pros:

Nice, clean and safe.

Cons:

Front desk person was not very welcoming from the beginning. Buzzing me in: you are required to pick up the phone and state why you’re here. I told her I was checking in and she didn’t say anything, just hung up. She then told me my booking.com payment didn’t work and asked for another card, which I gave her. Only to find that my card and my booking.com payment were BOTH charged.

Pros:

The suite was large enough for 5 people and the cleaning services was excellent and very friendly staff

Cons:

Charge for parking is not necessary to add on to the already a high price for staying over few days and charging for small complimentary items like water bottles inside the rooms
Also the breakfast was not too impressive, same menu every day with no changes
