Check in with front desk was easy and pleasant

Location

Very tidy and neat. I came for a family trip with my kids and we were able to bring our family dog with us. Right across the street from the mall and restaurants everywhere. We had a great time in the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of selections!

Hampton is usually a little nicer than other chain motels

Very nice, breakfast was great! Staff was excellent. Highly recommend. Stayed the night before a cruise.

Convenient to I-95, parking and check in was easy. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the pillow had a musty smell. The breakfast area had plenty of seating but the food was in a small room that you went into to fix your plate. It was only large enough for 5-6 people at a time. There was a line waiting to get in. While we were there a couple ladies took a lot of time at the waffle machine making 6-7 plates, which they covered each with a 2nd plate. They left with those and came back and started over. Food was average for on the go.

My husband and I stayed in a king room. The room was clean, ac works well, the bed was very comfortable.The bedroom is very small, narrow walk way. One person at a time to get between tv and bed. The price was very affordable which is why we stayed for several days. The breakfast was ok, omelet, turkey sausages, red potatoes. And of course your standard buffet breakfast.
Some of staff however were not as friendly as I have experienced at other Hampton Inns. Which was very disappointing.

The shuttle bus driver Vinnie was exceptional. Very prompt, assisted with loading/unloading luggage. Dropped us off within a very close distance for our departing flight.

Quick overnight stay, easy check-in, nice breakfast, would stay there again if in the area

I love the location, the breakfast is good as well. This visit (out if 8), the bed was way too hard and there was a constant knocking from the A/C unit. Room number 204.

The hotel had a good location, most of the spots we went to were at most 20 minutes away. My husband and I enjoyed the pool, although it was not very clean and we had to clean it ourselves both days we went swimming. Our room had some spiders and smaller bugs by the window, and it wasn’t very well ventilated. There was a lot of humidity in there, even just keeping it at 70 degrees. Our wet suits and towels took a very long time to dry after hanging them up. It is an older building so the room only had a large floor unit. The second floor(our floor) also had an issue with ants in the trash can by the elevators. The service is fine, housekeeping comes every other day. Breakfast is good, and the gym is nice. Small, but nice. Overall it was an okay experience, but I will probably choose a different hotel next time.

Just not the best experience

The guy who checked us in was very nice and the process was quick and efficient. We chose this hotel because it was close to Embry-Riddle but it’s also right at the speedway. There is a restaurant nearby and shopping etc across the street.

The main reason I give it 4 was because they plugged the refrigerator, tv, and microwave into the same power strip and when we used them all at the same time they all powered off and I had to get behind the dresser to turn the power strip on after the person at the front desk told us to try that.

Secondly, my friend and I shared the room.
Not enough charging ports or places to hang towels

My first time staying at this hampton inn and i will be back for return trips in this area. It was close by all the locations i wanted to go to and breakfast was very filling. Staff was all friendly, helpful and respectful
