Clean and breakfast was good. However, the rooms are very outdated, old feeling, which does not feel inviting and restful.
Location and cleanliness
Had to wait awhile to check in bc no one was at the front desk
Had a confirmed reservation but upon arrival was advised computer not working so did not get room we reserved with king bed, got a room with two smaller beds, had to show the clerk at check-in a copy of the email with our confirmation number as clerk was unable to retrieve our reservation. After going through the email to find confirmation number clerk then stated didn't need it. When we checked out, no one was at the front desk and had to wait 10 minutes and ring the buzzer five times until someone would come to assist us to check out at 6:00 a.m.. Room was very unpleasant and had sour odor when we entered. Black mold in bathtub area. The heating system in the room did not work. Torn peeling wallpaper near toilet. There was a large yellow ceiling stain above bed. Rug looked dirty and had stains in room and hallway. Furniture worn and chipped in areas. The main lobby had a torn rug taped down with duct tape. Didn’t eat there as had legitimate concerns about potential lack of cleanliness in the kitchen prep area based on observations of other areas. AVOID this place. Couldn't wait to leave!
Was just a sleepover on my way to Florida was grateful for allowing my Cat. I’m amazed at how many hotels say they are pet friendly but then when you ask about a cat, the say no
I need to make use of luggage carts to get the cat in her carrier and everything back-and-forth from the room and in the morning when I was leaving, there were no carts and I had to go searching the halls to find them. Clearly people had taken them up to the room the night before, but hadn’t brought them back down to the lobby felt like that was something staff should have done. Decent breakfast, clean comfortable room.
We stayed here during a snow/ice storm after four days without power. We were grateful just to have heat, and we chose this hotel because of its high reviews, the fact they allowed cats for an additional $50, and ultimately availability. My sister helped us so much in finding a hotel we could never have afforded. She found beautiful hotels, but none had rooms available, so I had her book this one.
That said, it is baffling that this hotel charges $107 per night or has such high reviews. The room was loud, the bed extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows flat and hard. Cleanliness was poor (cracked sink, filthy floor). One photo shows a towel my daughter used to wipe up spilled water from the carpet it was visibly dirty afterward. The shower constantly dripped, took several minutes to get warm, barely drained, and left you standing in cold water. Despite booking ahead, we waited 30 minutes past check in while the room was supposedly being cleaned. The fridge barely worked, the microwave was loud and barely warmed anything, the ice machine was broken, and basic amenities were missing. The “free WiFi” only worked intermittently, and the advertised 42 inch TV repeatedly lost signal. The lobby furniture is worn and stained, and the property overall feels neglected.
Breakfast was inconsistent in quality and consistently ice cold:
• Day 1: Rubbery western omelettes, boiled diced potatoes, greasy undercooked bacon
• Day 2: Very good scrambled eggs, tasty sausage links, country gravy
• Day 3: Rubbery, hard cheese omelette, sliced smoked sausage, diced boiled potatoes
Available all three days were cereals, muffins (oat & blueberry), plain bagels, plain white bread, tiny yogurts, oatmeal, and juices. The standout were the self made waffles unfortunately I didn’t try these until Day 3. I made four mini Belgian waffles from the vanilla batter in under three minutes, and they were delicious. Wish I had taken advantage every day!
While I’m thankful we had heat during an emergency, this stay was frustrating and unacceptable for the price. The photos speak for themselves. I probably wouldn’t have taken the time to review at all had I not found out the huge amount my sister paid for us to stay here. I cannot recommend this hotel.
The front desk personnel were outstanding both day and night. They worked hard to make our stay pleasant. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and in working order. We stayed for 4 nights and was consistently pleased with our stay.
Was quite good
Nothing I can think of
nothing
the whole place smelled of mildew and black mold the floor was covered in debris the gentlemen at the counter was very rude and unprofessional when brought matters to his attention and was very rude when asked for a refund
Nothing
Rooms stunk; the carpet in the rooms were filthy. My feet were dirty from walking in it for just a few mintutes, then my socks were filthy from walking on it. I took pics; Food was sub par; There were about 8 bikers there that parked under the canopy making it hard to drive through. They had chairs out there sitting and talking. Not good. The tread mill in the exercise room didn’t work.
Cerca de los Outlets, buen desayuno, fácil acceso y moderno.
Location
Elevator and lobby need work.
Comfortable, nice stuff and food, clean , strong shower
Nothing
I'm unsure why this hotel has such a high rating because it's very mid. Maybe it's because even with all the lights on in the room it's still dark so people think it's great?
Everything is clean. The staff seems nice. The breakfast is the usual Hilton food, which 15 years ago was good, but it's lackluster these days. It's breads, fat, and weird premade, steamed "omelettes." This isn't on the hotel--it's a franchise problem. But, hey, since they're mostly franchises, what motivation is there for them to upgrade that sad 90s breakfast?
So the room is just tired. The furniture is chipped and worn. The bathroom is worn. The covers are a little worn.
The people staying park their cars quite near your windows in the first floor, bustle and bang around and toot the car horns to lock their doors.
The people traveling with dogs are up at 6 am and don't keep their dogs quiet--I guess they're hoping to lose yet another hotel they can stay at, because the key to having hotels that accept dogs is for people to not know there's a dog in the place! Do better my dog peeps so we continue to have places to stay.
The upshot--there's nothing terribly wrong with the hotel. But, you're going to walk into the room, wish you could turn on one good light and shrug, thinking, yup, it's. a room with a bed.
Ps. I've been a Diamond member for about a decade now.
I felt safe. The staff were great. I enjoyed the breakfast.
The WiFi is not good.
Breakfast was great. Checking in and out was easy.
The hotel needs a refresh. Its warn out and dated. It also was dirty. My shower had mold on the ceiling and everything felt like it needed a deep cleaning. Also, my mattress was not great.
