Pros:

This location is our favorite place to stay when we are visiting our daughter who is going to U of A. I love that every time we stay, our expectations for our stay are met.

Cons:

Finding a parking space when we arrive late can be be challenging.

Great Holiday Stay
Pros:

Traveled during the 4th of July holiday, loved that the hotel had strawberry pancakes for the Kids with patriotic colored sprinkles and all the fixings!! Very nice touch!

Staff was great.

Cons:

There was a cockroach that ran across the floor of the lobby. My daughter had a Smash it to kill it. Not a pleasant experience.

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Check in person upgraded our room because our room was not ready when we checked in.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a separate section of rooms for guests with pets. Barking dogs thru the night doesn't make for the most restful night.

Thought the staff was really nice - all of them. Got good sleep.
Pros:

Being right on Oracle is great getting to other areas. Breakfast was great when eggs were scrambled, but not those dry little omelets. Potatoes were good and sausage was excellent. Muffins good, especially with yogurt. Did not try waffles.

Cons:

No housekeeping on second day except a bag of fresh towels thrown on bathroom floor. View outside room was roof only of first floor. Reservations were made way in advance and view should have been at least a little better.
