Our room was absolutely disgusting it was dirty there were hair all over the pillows the pillow cases were all wrinkled there were no towels in the swimming area

Good for the price
Pros:

Clean and good location. Contactless check in and out

Cons:

Not as comfortable as some locations have been.
One bed right next to the vent and the other further so difficult to have everyone be a comfortable temperature. Pillows weren't the most comfortable.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend
Pros:

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean, the showers were wonderful, the bed was very comfortable. It had a very good hot breakfast. Overall, I would highly recommend.

The sad part about my stay is that I asked the lady if this room was handicapped prepared . She said yes, but to be hone

It was convenient from the interstate and the price within a fair budget

Cons:

The purpose of having handicapped customers to feel comfortable is very important to me and people like me. For example the toilet was very low to the ground. I couldn’t stop from hitting toilet seat very hard. Getting up from the toilet without bars to help is also very dangerous. In the shower there was only one bar and it was very wobbly attached to the wall.

In a word, we are happy to stay in the Hampton Inn.
Pros:

the staff is very nice and the breakfast is good and the workers are very polite. We will book for next time. We will also recommend this hotel to our family and friend.

Cons:

My husband is with walker, and we are in the second floor, not too convience.
