After a scheduling snafu, at a different hotel, this hotel was available. It was clean. The staff was great.

Cons:

Everything was worn out. The sheets were clean, but washed so many times as to be transparent. It simply needs a refresh

Could not sleep due to the noise from the elevators

Good things: spacious bedrooms, comfortable bed, good shower, lovely staff.

Cons:

Bad: first night we were in a room 2 down from the elevators, but the intermittent noise from them was horrendous. Lasted 20-30 seconds every few minutes. Could not sleep. See movies and turn up the volume. Maintenance man was unable to help and only spoke Spanish, no english at all. But then the good - the next morning a lovely lady manager on reception managed to find a vacant room, well away, in a quiet spot.
Breakfast was basic buffet.

Cons:

There were a few things needing repair that somewhat were distracting. ( pool and elevator were two items. )
