Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando

Staff was very friendly, hotel was at a perfect location (need all the parks and Disney Springs), and the breakfast was great! The rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Our entire experience was excellent, but a standout was Sarah at the front desk. She was consistently friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. At one point, my husband witnessed another guest speaking to her rudely over a situation that was clearly a misunderstanding on the guest’s part. Despite this, Sarah remained calm, patient, and professional as she tried to explain, even as the guest continued to be difficult until a family member stepped in. Seeing how she handled both the best and most challenging moments truly highlighted her exceptional work ethic.

Clean rooms and great breakfast Itzel & Lupe are very nice thank you for your services , the cleaning lady Macaria does an amazing job daily to ensure rooms are cleaned.
This place is great for anyone.

Hello! If you are thinking of booking this hotel because of the shuttle *stop* and look somewhere else. The times are absolutely absurd for the shuttle, I mean make 0 sense for most park guests. The hotel itself is fine, nice clean room, pretty solid breakfast, but I was very disappointed with how they structured the shuttle. Please don't offer and advertise this service if you aren't going to make it make sense for most park goers.
