Pokoje byly nové,minibar první naplnění zadarmo, poloha byla super, k přehradě i do Luhačovic procházkou snadno dosažitelné. Měli jsme na pokoji stolní hry, které jsme mohli využít. Příjezd i odjezd na recepci, pokud uděláte online check in byl rychlý.
V den příjezdu parkování, když je vyšší obsazenost, tak hledáte místo. V pokoji chybí větší zrcadlo, takže se vidíte pouze do půlky těla, v koupelně slabší osvětlení. V jednom ze dvou pokojů nefungovala tv, pouze 3 programy, na recepci jsme se dozvěděli, že si máme jít místo toho poslechnout hudbu. Pokud je hotel více obsazen, kapacita restaurace není dostačující. Snídaně o víkendu ok, ale v pondělí, kdy bylo méně lidí, i nabídka byla slabší. Výtah jsme využili jednou, protože je na tak velký hotel malý.
We stayed in a renovated Superior room, which was clean, nicely done, and had a comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely the lake view from the window.
The hotel is set in a very nice location, making it a great base for a summer holiday. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted fresh. Special mention goes to the staff, who were very polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay.
However, there are areas that need improvement. The wellness facilities are quite basic—it only offers two saunas. While the pool is large enough, the entire wellness area is outdated and definitely in need of a complete renovation. The same goes for the hallways and the surrounding outdoor area. While it didn't ruin our stay, because of these outdated parts, we felt that the overall price of the stay was a bit too high for what was offered.
Zažil jsem hotely horší i lepší, takže takový trochu lepší průměr. Určitě je třeba pochválit personál, velmi příjemný a ochotný.
Všude čisto a voňavo, všechna čest !!! Také poloha u přehrady je velmi dobrá.
Večeře za mě předražené, kvalita tomu neodpovídala. Na snídani k dispozici káva, ale smrděla "levnotou" na 100 honů, takže bez mléka se nedala pít. Jsem pivař, takže bych uvítal třeba Pilsner, nebo Radegast, břečka, co tam točí, se nedá pít.
Veliký výběr moc dobré snídaně. Apartmán velice prostorný, pohodlný a čistý. Velmi milý a ochotný personál.
Uvítala bych více možností k bezlepkové snídani.
