Important information:

Please inform Sonder The Stat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Top verblijf in Nashville voor een (lang) weekend
Pros:

Wat ons het meest beviel was de ruimte in het appartement voor alle bagage en het grote bed (kingsize). Ook de badkamer was ruim en bood een douche met twee douchekoppen.

Ook was de ligging van de accomodatie oké, had mij van te voren niet heel erg goed ingelezen in de Amerikaanse afstanden. Maar te voet naar het centrum was prima te doen. En in een redelijke wandelafstand van de locatie zaten wat eettentjes. Ook was deze locatie makkelijk te bereiken met een taxi en zat een bushalte ook op loopafstand.

Cons:

In principe viel er niks tegen, we waren over het algemeen tevreden over het appartement. Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat het een beetje muf rook, maar dat kan komen door de airco en de luchtvochtigheid. Ook was de bank niet helemaal schoon her en der wat vlekken, maar verder zijn waren we uiterst tevreden.

Great stay would stay again!
Pros:

Good value for money, fully equip kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean

Cons:

Location is slightly out of town be prepared for a small walk or uber but easily do able

Great place, highly recommend it!

Very functional, and outside courtyard was a great bonus

Apartments had smoke and musty smell.
Pros:

Parking (although only 7 so no where near enough if the accommodation was full). Full size fridge. About a $15 Uber to Broadway for nights out. When contacted through the app staff were helpful.

Cons:

The first room smelt like smoke, the second smelt musty - we stayed in that one as thought it was better than the last. The app was not useful or easy.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft ohne Tageslicht für 2 Nächte absolut in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war in Ordnung. In der Küche gab es alles, was man benötigt. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Insegesamt war die Unterkunft sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war im Erdgechoss direkt neben einem Parkplatz. Somit mussten die Fenster immer geschlossen und die Vorhänge immer zugezogen sein. Tageslicht gab es damit leider keines. Weiters gab es im Wohnzimmer nur eine kleine Lampe, die kaum Licht spendete. Die Lage war in Ordnung. Es war aber von der Innenstadt schon etwas weiter entfernt.

Good and comfortable apartment stay
Pros:

Great size and very good air conditioning. The bed in the main room was massive and very comfortable.

Decent cooking facilities if u just want to make quick meals.

Cons:

Hard to get anywhere without car, so need to use uber or have your own vehicle. Can just about walk to and from the whole foods, it’s not the distance it’s the heat really.

Pros:

The bed was confortable, the apartment spacious, wifi was ok.

Cons:

This is not a hotel nor a guest house. It is simply a set of small places. No reception, no interaction with anyone. The big problem is the noise. You can hear people walking or talking 2-3 rooms from yours. Definitely NOT suggested if you want to sleep well.

If the lock works and you can actually get in, it’s a nice place to stay
Pros:

Location, amenities and cleanliness were all good standard.

Cons:

We couldn’t actually get in to the apartment for 45 minutes in 35 degrees Celsius heat, the code they gave us didn’t work, the person we were speaking with then on the phone was so unhelpful and just told us to keep trying the code, 45 minutes later he eventually stopped and told us where the physical key was in a lock box around the corner, this experience was infuriating.
It happened to 2 other guests who I was speaking with while we were there, 1 got in an hour later, and the other just left and booked somewhere else to stay, which we were close to doing ourselves.

Book somewhere else nearby, this place is not worth the hassle.

amazing time the app was great on communication and if I needed something, I just messaged through the app and I receive

it was quite cosy private it was nice just going outside just to relax rather than sitting in a hotel

at first, it was kind of strange not having anybody there, but I had no problems interacting with the app and anything I asked for I got so it was great
