Pros:

Перед поездкой позвонила в отель уточнить видят ли они мои брони - три номера, в ответ получила, что видят бронь на 1 номер. Разбирались 2 недели, созванивались, писали в вотсап, созванивались с "икспедия". Икспедия (hotels.com) подтверждали бронь на три номера, а администрация отеля Перово Плаза утверждали, что бронь только на 1 номер и что мне нужно забронировать другую гостиницу . В итоге, после 2-х недельных препираний с администрацией отлея и хотелс.ком за два дня до выезда администрация Перово Плаза скинули мне сообщение в вотсап, что видят мои брони и что якобы я сказала им не правильную информацию. ( с моей стороны изначально сообщалось как все три номера брони, так и фамилии на которых забронированы остальные 2 номера).
Минусы :
Заселяли долго, сотрудник - молодой парень вместо 5 суток заселил нас на 4 суток и когда к нам пришли попросить освободить номер, нам пришлось продлять проживание. Также за стоянку нас попросили доплатить на 4 сутки, потому что их сотрудник, что-то накосячил опять и взял с нас меньше положенного.
В хозяйственной комнате, где микроволновка нас встретил ТАРАКАН.
В ванной 117, 115 номеров - душевая кабина не закреплена к стене, шатается.
В номерах душно и чтобы проветрить, откидывается полностью створка.
Слышимость хорошая, поэтому все разговоры на ресепшен слышали слово в слово, даже ночью.

Pros:

We had to move rooms 3 times.

First room had a broken bed and the bathroom stank.

We requested a new room, and all seemed well. The next morning we were awoken and asked to move rooms with the explanation that we were in the wrong room type. I paid for a luxury suite which we were in.

We were moved to a standard double room. We then asked to be given the correct room. We went to reception about 6 times and asked when we would get the correct room. We waited for 2 hours.

We finally got given a proper room. It was missing towels, the towel rack was broken, the shower leaked all over the floor, and the window view was covered with corrugated iron.

It also stated on the booking that a hair dryer was available on request, when we asked, we were told there is not one.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Самое ужасное место которое я когда либо посещал. В номере плесень сыро грязно и воняет.
