Empty Hotel with No Staff
Pros:

Not much near the hotel, block away is the Market for morning coffee.
The room was very nicely renovated, in particular the ceiling recessed lights were very helpful.

Cons:

Not sure if it was low season but during my stay, didn't see anyone in the building. No one at check in for three days, no other hotel guest, only the cleaning lady one time. In addition, the TV never worked, too quiet and spooky, wanted to move to another hotel. Just left the key on the empty front desk at checkout.
