Très bon emplacement et très propre
Pros:

Très bien, le personnel est extrêmement gentil, tout est très propre, la dame passait chaque jour dans notre chambre pour faire le ménage. Les lits étaient confortables et l’emplacement est parfait.

Manque de vaisselle dans la cuisine/ peu isoler du bruit et de la lumière

Accueil inexistant, il n’y a personne au comptoir, si besoin de quelque chose il faut téléphoner…
Très impersonnel.
Les photos montrent une salle avec des tables, cela ne fait pas partie de l’hôtel mais du restaurant en face!
Le billard dans la salle est injouable, pas droit donc les boules glissent …

Buena atención, tanto la señora Lesly como el señor que la acompañaba siempre tuvieron la mejor disposición.

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación más pequeña de la que había reservado, el lavadero del baño siempre se le salía el agua por debajo y tenía que poner una toalla para que no cubriera toda la zona del baño. No tuve tiempo para reclamar; puesto que, tenía mucho trabajo por hacer.

Small but efficient little hotel near the historic centre with nice staff
Pros:

This is little ho(s)tel up a quiet little street near the historic centre of Bogota, backing into the university quarter and with the heart of La Candelaria only a few minutes' walk away. My room was small, and the shower and bathroom were both closet-sized, but that wasn't a problem as I could fit into both pretty easily (and I am a rather large person). What set this place apart for me was how nice the staff were. The lady even helped me deal with a fire alarm whose batteries had run low and who had got it into its tiny electric brain to disturb my sleep by beeping insistently every 17 seconds!

Empty Hotel with No Staff
Pros:

Not much near the hotel, block away is the Market for morning coffee.
The room was very nicely renovated, in particular the ceiling recessed lights were very helpful.

Cons:

Not sure if it was low season but during my stay, didn't see anyone in the building. No one at check in for three days, no other hotel guest, only the cleaning lady one time. In addition, the TV never worked, too quiet and spooky, wanted to move to another hotel. Just left the key on the empty front desk at checkout.
