Great pub great staff 👍
Pros:

Great location for the forest and solant , also the I of W .
Clean room ( a bit small but it is an old country pub )
Staff and food were excellent.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Cons:

Small room next time we’ll book room 1 .

Excellent 9 night stay, really enjoyed it, staff very welcoming
Pros:

Great location for Lymington, it’s harbour, sailing in the Solent, New Forest, Bucklers Hard, Keyhaven marshes, Isle of Wight ferry and Beaulieu Motor Museum. Good food and great service

Cons:

Excellent cooked breakfast but could do with some fruit and yogurt options as well

In short happy with my stay.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, staff friendly, room and shower all good, able to drink and eat inside or in garden, for my stay location very god

Close to road, noisy during day but was OK later in evening and through night.

Welcoming pub with super staff. Great food, lovely room, good beer, great breakfast.

Excellent value for money. Brilliant, attentive staff
Pros:

What a lovely setup.
The staff are warm and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Both the food and drink were excellent.
We'll definitely be back

Cons:

Unfortunately the Brewhouse is on a very busy road and is noisy until quite late at night
