Excellent. Would recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

Everything. The room, the staff and the food were all excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. The room and bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Adjacent to a pretty busy road, so was quite noisy in bedroom early morning which may annoy some residents , but we were fine with it and it would not stop us booking again.

Well placed for visiting the New Forest and the many villages in this area.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. This is a very popular place which is well supported by locals and visitors especially when the live music is on. Great food.

Staff, food and atmosphere are all top class - excellent
Pros:

Most importantly, the staff were all great - welcoming, helpful and the service was impressive. Dinners and Breakfasts were very good - the produce is local and of a very high standard. The location suited us as it is a short walk into Lymington with easy parking.
The bar is fun and has an excellent atmosphere

There was nothing we did not like.
