Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection.

Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.

Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 200 SEK per day/per pet. Please inform the property in advance for confirmation if you plan to bring a pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Tv not working and not fixed.
Bed Sheets not clean which is worst as I am dust allergic.

On my last day I had a early flight and I had to leave before 6.00am after agreement they were supposed to help me with breakfast box by 05.00am so that I that I dont leave with empty stomach. The receptionnist guy never did it!
Also no reception so I missed my luggage delivery because of that.

From the beginning when I requested assistance about how to get to the hotel(itinerary) no assistance only automatical messages.

And no whatsapp number to join them easily which is requirement when you receive guests not having sweden number neither credit for calls. As a tourism/hotel.

Reception almost NEVER available.
Very desapppointed. I am requesting compensation and I would not recommend it.

Pros:

Det var ett jättemysigt hotell. Jag hade problem med min tv, så jag fick byta rum. Till ett bättre rum, väldigt generöst. Frukosten var alldeles lagom och god. Sängen var jätteskön. Typ 5 min till centrum, busshållplatsen precis utanför.

Bra boende nära Värtahamnen som jag skulle till nästa dag. Bra pris . Litet men helt ok rum.

Cons:

Ingen personal på plats när jag kom .Skulle lämna tidigt så ringde om att få en frukost påse . Skulle få det . Tyvärr. fanns den inte klar. Killen som var där gjorde så gott han kunde med att lösa nåt att äta för mig.

Hög musik och skrik hela natten från restaurangen vägg i vägg. Dålig belysning på rummet och en trasig tv!

No hay servicio de conserjería. Por error se me quedó la
Llave de la Habitación dentro del baño, hasta el
Otro día no pude conseguir una copia.
Había una pareja de edad avanzada en una situación similar, nadie los atendió. Se tuvieron que ir a otro hotel a pasar la noche.
Espero que esta pareja sepa hacer la queja y el pedido de devolución del dinero.
