Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection.

Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.

Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek.

Fruktansvärd
Pros:

Dåligt utbud och medioker.

Cons:

Avloppet i duschen var igensatt så vi kunde ej använda den. Ingen bäddmadrass första natten i bäddsoffan så den var otroligt obekväm och väldigt lyhört så man hörde vad de andra rummen gjorde hela natten.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli Lidingössä, nopeat yhteydet Tukholman keskustaan.
Pros:

Siisti ja hyvä hotelli Lidingön keskustan tuntumassa. Rauhallinen sijainti, hyvä huone, oma wc & suihku käytävällä, jossa myös keittiö & oleskelunurkkaus. Tukholman keskustaan pääsee nopeasti (bussi Ropsteniin, maanalaisella T-Centraleniin).

I never usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to with this hotel because of the exceptionally POOR, and DANGEROUS check-in situation.

I will start by saying the hotel itself is great. Perfect rooms, clean, modern - and friendly staff. Exactly as described.

The issue comes down to the lack of staff, particularly after 6pm and before 6am. The hotel is completely unstaffed during these hours.

We had a late check-in, which had been prearranged. For this, they give you a code to access the lobby of the hotel, and then leave you an envelope with your keycards on it. On paper, a great system.

Unfortunately for us, when we arrived at 12am after a long day of travelling, neither of our keycards worked. Also unfortunately for us, there was no one to speak to about this. There are no staff, and the two out of hours phone numbers they leave at the front desk were not working (one was just ringing to the empty reception we were standing in, the other was not going through to anyone at all). Even Booking.com tried to contact the hotel on their internal emergency number, and no one answered. The customer services manager at Booking.com described this as highly unusual and “dangerous.”

So we had to just camp out in the hotel lobby all night, for 6 hours, until a member of staff arrived at 6am to start breakfast. As lovely and helpful as she was, even she did not know how to properly operate the key system which apparently the manager had changed and locked her out of. So our keys could not be fixed until after 8am when they arrived.

So if like us you arrive later than 6pm and your key isn’t working / programmed properly, you are basically stuck camping in the hotel lobby for the night. Further, because the bathrooms are external to your room, if you forget your card or get locked out of your room, maybe in just a towel or your PJs, you are stuck exposed with no one to contact all night.

This is completely unacceptable and dangerous.

Bár a belvároson kívül található, de tömegközlekedéssel könnyen és gyorsan elérhető. Kényelmes, kellemes szoba.

Cons:

Reggelinél a kenyér és zsemle nem volt jó.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut die Lage auf der schönen Insel an sich gut

Cons:

Under Zimmer war sehr klein (Schuhkarton) und zu einer sehr befahrenen Straße hin.

Way below expectations, can't recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I could have my bike in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled horrible. The motor traffic was incredibly noisy from 5 am. Impossible to sleep even with windows closed. I asked for earplugs but none were available. The key card to the allegedly private bathroom on the corridor opened all bathrooms. The breakfast was poor.
Two people got stuck in the elevator. No staff was available. I had to arrange their extraction. Told the staff next morning, zero interest from their side.

Cons:

Experiencia decepcionante. Reservamos una habitación para dos adultos y una niña, pero la habitación recibida no correspondía con las características ni el número de camas de nuestra reserva. Comunicamos el problema desde el primer momento, pero el hotel no nos dio ninguna solución ni respuesta, tampoco a nuestros intentos de contacto por teléfono y correo electrónico.

El desayuno también es escaso y poco variado, sin fruta ni apenas repostería. Además, no reponen adecuadamente los alimentos, por lo que si bajas más tarde, aunque sea dentro del horario de desayuno, faltan productos.

Lo más negativo ha sido, sin duda, la falta de atención y comunicación del hotel ante un problema con la habitación contratada.
