Please note that Lidingö Arena Hotell does not have a 24-hour front desk, but staff can be reached via a free telephone connection.

Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.

Park in secure garage, give your licenseplate to us in reception and park 24hr for 150sek.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 200 SEK per day/per pet. Please inform the property in advance for confirmation if you plan to bring a pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Ár/érték arányban nagyon jó választás volt. Finom reggeli. Az ágy elsőre kényelmetlennek tűnt, de nagyon jókat aludtunk benne.

Cons:

Papírvékonyak a falak. A mennyezeti lámpa nem működött, csak a kicsik.

Convenient location of the hotel. Nice rooms. Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we checked in on Sunday after 6pm, there was no one at the reception. We had to go around the building and enter from the side entrance. We found our key card at the reception. There were no hangers in the room. The intern didn't know where the high chair was on Monday morning. Later I saw that it's was in the toilet near the dining room.

De ligging

Cons:

We stonden een uur te wachten omdat we het als de vorige keer onze bagage wilden droppen maar vanaf 11.30 tot 14.00 uur was er niemand aanwezig waardoor we veel tijd waren verloren. Toen we onze teleurstelling uitte reageerde de receptioniste nonchalant, schouderophalend. We voelden ons niet gehoord of gerespecteerd. Totaal onbetrokken ten aanzien van het hotel. Zelfs het ontbijt was super slecht. Er was geen thee. Mijn man vroeg of er thee mocht komen, kreeg ie een waterkoker met gekookt water en de man zette het neer bij de koffie. 20 minuten later wilde mijn man een tweede kopje thee was het water koud. De koffie was ook super lauw! Alle stoelen stonden schots en scheef in de ontbijtruimte. We waren er al om 7.00 uur en waren op dat moment de enige gasten. Ik een jaar tijd is de kwaliteit echt achteruit gegaan,
Zou op zoek gaan naar betrokken personeel!

More staff would be an improvement or longer hours required on reception

Good location, close to relatives living near by

Cons:

No one on reception during the day or after 10pm, 3 adults (sisters) stayed for 1 night - beds made up & comfortable but only 2 cups & glasses in room do not catered for, couldn’t ask on reception as noons there.
Went for breakfast 8.30 ish & nothing left - had to ask for more bread & food so not good really

Pros:

Ubytovanie malo zastávku autobusu hneď pred vchodom. S týmto autobusom ste sa za 5 minút dostali na konečnú metra, odkiaľ bolo skvelé napojenie na celý Stockholm. Čo sa týka okolia hotelu, tak tam nebolo vôbec nič. Všetko mi prišlo čisté a celkom zrekonštruované a udržiavané.

Cons:

Raňajky boli naozaj slabé, v piatok sme tam došli 30 minút pred koncom raňajkom a už na nás naozaj nič nezvýšilo, moc tam to množstvo jedla teda neudržiavali a ani neupratovali stoly. Ale ako taký snack tie raňajky neboli zlé. Na izbe bol taký jeden stolík zo steny, ktorý zasahoval do postele, stále som do neho omylom kompal čo ma budilo

Bra och prisvärt boende på Lidingö!
Pros:

Generellt bra, rent och snyggt, bra komfort och frukost. Gillade speciellt den egentillverkade muslin och alla tillbehör. Prisvärt! Gångavstånd till min kurs på Berghs.

Cons:

Jag saknade framförallt möjlighet att fixa varmt vatten till te, och möjligen att ha en minikyl på rummet. På frukosten fanns inte varmt vatten till te (trots att det fanns tepåsar), var tvungen att be om det, kändes lite konstigt, ingen stor grej, men lätt att åtgärda som default att ha tillgängligt.
