Breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:00 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 10:30 on weekends. If you want breakfast earlier or later - ask the staff.

Pros:

Výborná lokalita, velmi blízko na zastávku autobusu nebo tramvaje. 5 minut chůze do obchodu. Snídaně formou švédského stolu, dobrý výběr, ikdyž stále stejný. Výborný domácí chleba. Hotel tichý, jen na pokoji nepřetržitě fouká ventilace. Pokoj byl pravidelně uklizený.

Needs improvement otherwise could be a good bet
Pros:

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, and both were clean and comfortable when I arrived. Even though the bathroom was external but private, it was clean at the start. The location is also very good—very practical and convenient.

Cons:

There were several issues during my stay.

The most serious one was that someone used my private bathroom. I noticed this on my third day (so during the second night) and reported it to reception. The only thing they did was cancel one of my access cards, but there was no real acknowledgement of the issue, no explanation, and no apology. For something like a private bathroom being used by someone else, that response felt very insufficient.

Room cleaning was also inconsistent. I stayed four nights, and the room was only cleaned once. One other time they tried while I was in a meeting, but after that there was no further attempt.

The breakfast experience varied a lot. On Saturday and Sunday it worked well, but on Friday and Monday many things were missing—coffee ran out and took a long time to be refilled, and items like eggs and bacon were missing. It felt quite disorganized on those days.

Finally, at checkout my card stopped working a while before the official checkout time, so I couldn’t enter my room or bathroom anymore, which was frustrating.

Väldigt bra information som skickades ut vid bekräftelse samt dagen innan incheck.

Cons:

Väldigt ostädat vid både fönster och hallen där frysen stod, trasig säng där halva sidan av ribborna fattades så madrassen låg över "öppet hål", fattades lampskärm på sänglampan, uttagen fungerade inte korrekt och var väldigt få. Handduken låg över toaletten vid incheck-väldigt oklart varför men upplevdes som otroligt ohygieniskt.

The toilet and shower of our room was at the end of corridor and other rooms had to share one bathroom in the corridor in front of our room, the rooms are extremely small and they require renovation and coffeemachine dint work

Хорошее впечатление испортил завтрак и отношение персонала к этому.
Pros:

Достаточно хорошее расположение, транспорт рядом, при желание можно прогуляться пешком по мосту до метро. У нас был поздний заезд, проблем не было никаких. Сотрудники отеля предупредили в сообщении, что конверт с ключом и инструкцией будет на стойке. Все так и было. Номер небольшой, но для 1-2 ночей вполне приемлемо, туалет собственный но через коридор - приемлемо. Но! выселение в 12.00, а карточка на открытие номера и туалета не работает уже с 11.00. Персонал мог бы и предупреждать об этом((( надо быть готовым к такому.

Cons:

Из больших минусов это шведский стол. Отель заявляет о завтраках, включенных в проживание. Тогда предоставляйте эти завтраки достойно! Завтрак в первый день: в принципе приемлемо. Ассортимент скудненький, но были и горячие блюда (омлет и жаренный бекон) и сыр, ветчина и овощи. Можно было приготовить йогурт с различными наполнениями.... Голодным не останешься. Сотрудник всегда был рядом, контролировал наличие еды, убирал грязную посуду. НО ЧТО БЫЛО НА ВТОРОЙ ДЕНЬ?!!! Мы спустились на завтрак около 7.45-8.00 (в будние дни завтрак с 6.30 до 9.00) еды почти не было совсем! И не было приборов, которыми накладывают еду (щипцы, ложки, черпак для йогурта), не было ножа отрезать хлеб. Кто-то брал руками, кто-то своей ложкой или вилкой.... Мы ждали очень долго но ничего не появилось. за все время сотрудник поднес сыр и ветчину. Стойка с грязной посудой была переполнена, пришлось оставить часть тарелок прямо на столе так как не было куда убирать
