We enjoyed Scottsdale, the golf tournament, and where we stayed! We had an incredible trip
Pros:

I love the fact that we were very close to the golf tournament. I also love the fact that the staff were able to provide as a shuttle to a retail store. I’m back to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the complementary breakfast was great as well! We would definitely stay here again. It is so convenient.

More shuttle Service to the golf tournament.

Disappointed in this particular Hampton.
Pros:

Staff. The rest was mediocre to disappointing.

Cons:

Given a room on top floor back of hall, disability room, which we did not request. Room was substandard and we were moved the second night. Left a coat in the old room, checked with hotel twice before checking out. 3 weeks later they said they had it and insisted we pay the postage to return it.

I had a quick work trip and was greeted so warmly by the man at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and I was delighted after a long day of travel to get there in time for the afternoon snacks- just what I needed.

Pros:

Staying at this hotel is mostly for convenience. They don't clean your room most the time unless you ask and when they do they don't replace toilet paper or tissue paper.

Pros:

Shuttle service and complimentary breakfast were very appreciated. I didn’t have time to eat breakfast and a brown bag breakfast to go was available as I left- so nice. Room was pretty clean, some stains in the toilet bowl but nothing terrible. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Overall very pleased for the price.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff was excellent. Especially front desk. She was kind and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, room was clean. needed a bit of updating especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, many different options to choose from. Over-all the hotel and stay were great for the cost

Pros:

Just average. Elevator was down for a short period and we were on the 3rd floor. Tree next to our room kept hitting the building when the wind was blowing. The toilet is just too low for seniors. The beds were very comfortable and had nice blankets. The breakfast was great and the snacks available until 5 was nice.

Pros:

There were light switches that didn’t work, bedside light was hanging off wall. TV remote worked intermittently.

I’m 78, and walk with a cane

Due to elevator problems, I had to walk to 3rd floor, re-pack, walk down again.
