Cold-freezing pool, not working hot tub.
Meal was prepared from frozen products and not worth the prize.
La arquitectura y decoración son bellísimas. Además, el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es completo y agradable. 😁
No había espacio para guardar cosas (armarios), y la seguridad en la piscina, ya que mi hija pequeña se cortó levemente en los pies (nada grave), pero creemos que las losas podrían estar levantadas, por lo que es importante revisar la piscina.
Las habitaciónes eran comodas y es agradable que tenga rearaurante aunque por la ubicación si no lo hubiera tenido sera un problema

La atención de una senorita encargada, quien nos pidió que abandonaramos la piscina, después de estar varias horas, porque llegaron otros clientes, no nos quizo dar la atención del jacuzzi, realmente sentí discriminación por ser venezolana de parte de la senorita encargada, se debe prestar buena atención a todos los clinientes... Muchas gracias

Las instalaciones son HERMOSAS, nunca había visto un hotel donde todo estuviera tan bien pensado, hasta el más mínimo detalle
La ubicación es muy buena, muy tranquila y muy silenciosa, llegar a pie desde la avenida sería complicado con equipaje. Se puede llegar en moto o taxi sin ningún problema
Demasiado lindooo, es muy diferente a otros, la estructura, y no solo es exterior, la tematica está hasta en los detalles mas pequeños, la atención del personal fue excelente, las chicas de recepción, los señores técnicos, los de cocina, las de limpieza, todo súper!!!
Es para tenerlo en cuenta, el camino al hotel es un poquito difícil, pero entiendo que es porque en un lugar así la desconexión es top!! Igual si no vas en carro, hay un caminito muy pintoresco para salir a la avenida principal, te sientes en un cuento, y es súper tranquilo alrededor, la gente que vive por ahí es muy educada y cálida! Es una experiencia muy bonita.
