Lage super, der Rest leider überhaupt nicht.
Pros:

Ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Design Center entfernt, was es sehr attraktiv macht, es gibt auch eine Garage. Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, auch das Bad.
Beim Frühstück ist grundlegend alles vorhanden, was man braucht - Warmes und Kaltes, Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Joghurt, Müsli.....

Cons:

Personal total überfordert und vor allem die Rezeption war eigentlich so gut wie nie besetzt (es kommt auch niemand, wenn man läutet).
Das Zimmer war mehr oder weniger ungeputzt, bei Tageslicht hat man den Schmutz am Boden gesehen, die Vorhänge waren heruntergerissen.
In der Früh beim Frühstück haben die Damen angefangen, den Boden aufzuwaschen......WÄHREND die Gäste versucht haben, sich beim Buffet ihr Frühstück zu holen

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, so hätte ich das ganze Hotel erwartet

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig und Toilettenpapier hat am Anreisetag gefehlt. Urgenz bei Reinigungspersonal am Morgen hat dazu geführt das Zimmer mehr oder wenig gesäubert wurde.
Generell hat das Hotel einen unsauberen Eindruck gemacht.
Lobby ist am morgen nicht besetzt und Personal vom Frühstück ist nicht zuständig -> schwierig Problem zu lösen


Lockerroom ist ein unverspertter Raum in den prinzipiell jeder von der Straße ohne Hindernis eintreten kann - hängt. ggf. mit der nicht besetzten Lobby zusammen

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon, ruhig, gratis Getränke in der Mini Bar, Lage super nahe zum Design Center, Preis Leistung exzellent.

Okay for a short stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Close to the highway.

Cons:

For a hotel like this, I expected it to be cleaner and everything functional. The drain in the shower wasn't doing its thing properly, TV didn't work (no signal and not possible to sing into Netflix), there was a very nice coffee machine in the room, unfortunately I didn't get any coffee capsules at all, in those 10 days I stayed there.
It smelled like cigarettes out of the air-conditioning and if you opened the window, it was super loud. The hotel is located very close to hospitals.

Modernes Hotel mit direkt zugänglicher Tiefgarage in welche wir während des Aufenthalts beliebig oft ein- und ausfahren konnten. Einfaches Check-In schon VOR der offiziellen Checkin-Zeit. Sonntags-Checkout erst um 14.00h, so konnten morgens nochmals in die Stadt. Grosszugiges Bad, ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Interessanter Preis für eine spontane Übernachtung. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Cons:

Fernseher ohne Signalempfang (unbrauchbar). Wohl durch einen Baufehler läuft das Wasser aus der Duschkabine quer durchs Bad und bildet vor der Badezimmertür einen See. Unter dem Bett und hinter dem Flachbildschirm wurde wohl schon seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt. Reception während den sonst üblichen Zeiten nicht immer besetzt und wenn dann jemand Dienst hatte, so war die Person eher unkompetent (Fachkräftemangel?). Jedenfalls herrschte auf dem Reception-Desk beim Ein- wie auch beim Aus-Checken ein heilloses Chaos mit den Zimmerkarten.

Pros:

Sehr einladendes Hotel, man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Rezeptionostin, die am 11.9. nachmittags und abends Dienst hatte. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich.
