Pros:

Zelo lepo urejen hotel. Čiste in velike sobe. Lepa kopalnica z velikim tušem. Prijazno osebje. Zanimiv sistem upravljanja s hotelom.

Cons:

Po mojem mnenju sta najpomembnejši zadevi v hotelu jogi in vzglavnik (jih najdlje uporabljamo ko smo v hotelskoli sobi). Jogi mi je bil všeč (lahko, da komu ne bo). Vzglavnik je pa bil zelo slab in sem zaradi tega zelo slabo spal (soba 225). Menim, da bi morali vzglavnike bolj pogosto menjavati.

Gast vor mir hatte einige Probleme auch mit Rechnung
Wartezeit war Wahnsinn!
Mir wurde versprochen, dass ich Rechnung zugemailt bekomme, weil System grad nicht funktioniert.
Selbst nach 7 Urgenzen habe ich noch immer keine Rechnung bekommen, die ich seit 10 Tagen für reisekostenabrechnung dringend brauche. Einfach 0 Reaktion! Traurig! Letztmalig dort gebucht!

Pros:

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Bin Allergikerin, haben passende Bettwäsche und Zimmer ohne Teppichboden bekommen. Gratis Getränke in der Minibar.
Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar - der Koch/Kellner war sehr nett und hat auf Wunsch zusätzliche warme Eiergerichte und Würstel zubereitet.

Cons:

Offenbar gibt's im Wasser viel Kalk, das sah man in der Dusche und bei den Gläsern und der Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer. Es war aber nur Kalk, sonst alles sehr sauber.

Hoffentlich bekommt das der neue Betreiber in den Griff.
Cons:

Es war sehr schmutzig, speziell das Bad im Zimmer, Gänge, Lift, Garage, einzig der Frühstücksbereich war ok. Das Personal jedoch freundlich.

Abgesehen davon, dass alles noch unter dem Namen Amedia nicht Dormero läuft, Telefonanlage, Adresse, Zimmer Karten, und man sich überhaupt nicht auskennt, weil es einem keiner erklärt - bin auch beim durchrufen davor und am Tag meines Aufenthaltes nie durchgekommen telefonisch, ist alles sehr ranzig, billig, veraltet, nicht einladend. Preis sollte wie bei einem Hostel sein. Alles auch nur Spanplatte, Räume alle sehr dunkel, wenig Tageslicht, zu wenig geheizt war auch.

Ich komme nicht mehr.

Lage zur Location. Deswegen hier gebucht

Cons:

Es konnte keine Rechnung ausgestellt werden. Minibarflaschen selbst mit auf Zimmer tragen von der Rezeption. Dann im Zimmer weder ein Glas noch ein Öffner. Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt bzw. Nur auf Wunsch von dem man aber nicht informiert wurde. Nach 23 Uhr Eingang zu und man miss als Gast wie ein Einbrecher durchs Tiefgaragentor und die Tiefgarage ins Zimmer. No comment
