Für kurze Dienstreise oder Reise mit Hund passend,
Pros:

Personal im Frühstücksraum war überlastet, es gab kurzfristig keine Teller. Schönes und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Rezeption war sehr nett und Rechnung erhielt ich Sofort ohne Fragen.

Cons:

Keine Zimmerreinigung über zwei Nächte Aufenthalt, obwohl ich die Zimmerservice-Zeit bei Ankunft bekannt gegeben habe. Am Balkon war noch im Aschenbecher die Zigarette des "Vormieters!"

Gutes Parkhaus. Einfache Anfahrt, nur 20 Minuten Fußmarsch zum Zentrum.

Cons:

Sehr staubig, auch unter dem Bett. Generell schlecht gereinigtes Zimmer! TV-Gerät funktioniert nicht. Kissen viel zu hart.

Pros:

Checkin takes a long time, but the room was nice and there were free drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed the stay, however we need to leave very early and there was no one for check out. Also we could not find the box where to put our cards so we needed to leave it at the desk of reception…

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal sehr freundlich und immer bemüht - ich war nicht das erste Mal hier

Cons:

Sauberkeit wird nicht hoch geschrieben - es war nie perfekt aber diesmal wurden meine Grenzen erreicht - egal ob die Haare im Bad vom Vorgänger oder von der Reinigungskraft sind- es ist ekelhaft…
Dass der Vorhang bei Ankunft am Fenster hängt als ob man in einem verlassenen Haus angekommen ist….. ohne Worte….Staub, überall Staub….

Schöner Aufenthalt, Zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Super liebes Empfangsteam an der Rezeption.
Unkomplizierter, moderner Check Inn und Checkout.
Modernes, sauberes und angemessen großes Zimmer
Minibar war im Preis inbegriffen.
Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Dass im zugewiesenen Zimmer 101 kein einziger TV-Sender funktioniert hat.

Dass der Ablauf bei der Dusche nur sehr langsam funktioniert hat und dadurch das ganze Badezimmer beim Duschen überflutet hat.

Dass es nur sehr wenige Fahrradabstellplätze und diese nur im Freien gibt, wo sie von der benachbarten Firma verschmutzt wurden.

Dass es in meinem Zimmer keine Kaffee-Tabs gab.

Frühstück gut, Zimmer okay, 5 Tage kein TV da kaputt und keine Reparatur geplant, auch keine Kostenrückerstattumg! Vorzeitige Abreise (1 Tag) - keine Kostenrückerstattung!

Cons:

Flexibilität wenn etwas geändert werden muss oder etwas nicht funktioniert! Abbuchung der Reise am Check-In-Tag ist etwas übertrieben!
