Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Not recommended, barely minimal 4 star
Pros:

Location is good, the guy helped us to carry our luggage is very friendly

Cons:

Reception is a bit unfriendly, early checkin is unavailable, poor fridge makes lots of heat and ruin our chocolate, house keeping is a bit slow
