I stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is welcoming, clean, and well organized, but what really makes the difference is the quality of the staff, who are always friendly, professional, and attentive to guests' needs.

A special thank you goes to Nicol, whose kindness, smile, and professionalism made every breakfast particularly enjoyable. Her attention to guests and her warm, courteous attitude deserve special recognition.

Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work. I would be delighted to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish.

We stayed at holiday Inn in miraflores i definitely would highly recommend this hotel it's very clean n quite the staffs are something to talk about even though we are from Jamaica we where warmly welcomed by all especially Roxiana she made our experience superb

Stopped here on 2 separate occasions both for 1 night each time. Nice breakfast, big, clean room, great bathroom, good shower, nice towels, friendly porters. Good lifts to your floor. Good AC in the rooms, close to shops and restaurants. Check in and out was quick. Good for a city hotel, approx 50 mins to the airport.

Every thing staff are very cooperative customer friendly

Rooms are spacious neat and tidy

Great Location, Rooms are Clean, Spacious and room view was Great. Park, stores, restaurants close by, local markets within walking distance. Staff is always welcoming and friendly that I had the Pleasure of knowing their names, Bill, Nicol, Emily, Rosario, Nilton, Brissa, Mirely, Mirco to name a Few but overall their Staff gets an "A" for Awesomeness

Room is clean and spacious. But air conditioning system keep only to 18 or 19 degrees is very cold. The blanket not warm enough.

After traveling from the United States and experiencing a chaotic and stressful situation with Copa Airlines, it was truly refreshing to encounter genuine kindness, empathy, and professionalism at the Holiday Inn Lima Airport.

From the moment I arrived, Leyla and Oscar went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Their communication, teamwork, and attention to detail were exceptional. As I remained in Peru without the rest of my travel party, they made certain that Marco, Bridget, and David were fully informed of my situation, providing a level of service and care that gave me tremendous peace of mind.

In my 57 years of life, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced customer service of this caliber. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction are a true reflection of what hospitality should be.

I would also like to recognize the Lime Restaurant located in the hotel lobby. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the restaurant staff provided service that was equally impressive—attentive, welcoming, and committed to creating an outstanding dining experience.

My sincere thanks to Leyla, Oscar, Marco, Bridget, David, and the entire Holiday Inn Lima team for turning a very difficult travel experience into a positive and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima.

We had an excellent experience with the hotel staff, particularly Ms. Brissa and Ms. Nicol, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The hotel offers a high-quality breakfast and exceptional room service. The level of cleanliness is impeccable and noticeably superior to that of many hotels we have visited in the United States.
The property also provides convenient amenities, including an ice machine, swimming pool, and fitness center. The staff is consistently attentive and readily available to assist with any needs or unforeseen situations. We spent eight very satisfying days at this hotel and confidently recommend it to other guests.

We had a great experience overall. Everything was well kept, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Brissa and Nicol looked after us every morning at breakfast and were always so friendly and welcoming. Their kindness and enthusiasm really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Location, cleanliness and staff all 10/10

Had a very comfortable stay. Clean and modern rooms with safety and security provided 24/7.
We had half board included in our stay.
Must mention that breakfast had excellent choices with gluten-free options as well.
Dinner is Ala carte with fewer options that can get boring if your stay is more than 2 days.
However the restaurant manager went out of his way and curated a special menu for our last dinner. That was a thoughtful gesture.
Also, it was my husband's birthday and they surprised us with a pastry tray. Appreciate the extra effort put in by the team to make our stay all the more memorable. Thank you !
