Front desk had great customer service. They were very polite, friendly & had smiles on their faces!
Was not happy about having to pay $40 a night to park my vehicle in the parking garage that was attached to the hotel! Would've been nice to know this before we arrived.. Also our room key was supposed to get us in & out of the garage but it didn't work, then the proceeded to tell me that I was not listed in their computer system. They had to contact the front desk to make sure that we were guest there. We won't be staying here again. Overly priced especially for parking!
Staff was helpful in helping me find my conference meetings. They noticed my badge in order to direct me accurately. They saved me time!
Always a great stay at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Close to great restaurants and tons of activities as well as shopping. The hotel is easily accessible on foot, by various CTA bus and train routes and there is a commuter train line that stops at the lower level of the building which is great for snowy, rainy or extremely hot weather days. Staff is super friendly and the facility is simply lovely.
The room seemed under furnished. Other than a broken desk chair there was just a straight back chair in the corner of the room rather than something more comfortable. Flooring was some sort of tile with just a patch of carpeting around the bed.
Location was perfect.

Parking convenience. Great restaurants.
Lack of thick blankets
The most convenient option for meetings/events at McCormick Place. The staff was super helpful and friendly, which gave a very high-end experience vibe. I ate in the noodle shop (yum) and spent time in the Arc bar, which was packed, but comfortable.
There are room renovations happening, so one day when I was working in my room, the noise was a little distracting, and it was a challenge getting to the fitness room from the South Tower, but overall, the renovations were mostly out of sight.
The room was clean and well-equipped, with coffee maker hidden in the closet. Overall, this was a great stay for a business conference.
Public areas were clean and open with amazing staff. Service was great, the views from the room were lovely. If anything, the lounge chairs in my room needed shampooed as it looked like there had been some food spills that had stained the material but I really had to dig to find something that wasn't wonderful. Would absolutely look at Hyatt first for future travel to Chicago.
Tony at the front desk was incredibly helpful!! The room was newly renovated and was very beautiful and comfortable. Very excellent trip!

Great location, very clean
Bad view, terrible shower pressure, no complimentary breakfast items.
I liked the room style.
I did not like that the pool was closed for this weekend.
