Pros:

Convenient to McCormick Center.

Cons:

When walking from hotel to center, the mini market and food had burnt toast smell, which does not smell great.

Lovely facility

Cons:

Pool wasn't in service and no fine dining on premises. I didn't expect a bar scene as the only dining experience at a Hyatt Regency.

Well below par. I have posted it all on Hyatt's own website, but basically room noise insulation and WiFi is awful. Room service terrible.

Nice hotel- But neighbors were LOUD and partying until morning
Pros:

We stayed in a Suite and the neighbors were up until early hours partying. we couldnt sleep and could hear everything. We called security. they arrived. things were quite for maybe 10 min and it was back to partying.

Good Location. That's It.
Pros:

It's a good thing that they have a prime location because otherwise they have little to offer. Food is overpriced and mostly fried with little variety. Noise level in my room was extreme. No help from front desk to resolve it. Could not get a good night's sleep. Cleaning staff (Ms. Yuxian Chen) was great but the others were very basic and mostly not helpful.

Pros:

It was very clean and nice inside. Nice restaurant options and good location.

Cons:

They didn’t have the room I booked available so I had to stay in a different room (I was supposed to have 2 beds - 1 double and 1 queen, but was told they didn’t have any available so I was put into a room with 1 king bed and sofa bed). The sofa bed was not comfortable.

We would recommend and stay here again. Great location to Soldier Field! Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location (distance to Soldier Field as we were there for a concert), the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

The distance to Magnificant Mile, etc. - we had to spend quite a lot on taxi fares to get to and from certain places outside of the McCormick Place area.

Did not have our room we reserved
Pros:

Nice hotel, very clean

Cons:

They didn't have our room reserved and were only able to offer us an alternate room with 1 bed. We had 4 people and specifically reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The parking lot was full. The pull out bed did not have sheets and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring them. Totally unacceptable for a room we paid a crazy amount of money for.

Great hotel with convenient connection walk to the McCormick Place! Perfect for conventions or conferences.
Pros:

The staff was very professional and friendly, the room was clean and the connection/access to the convention center was very easy and convenient! Nice area and community to walk around as well.

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Pros:

Very close to other places we were visiting. The check in and out was easy! Nice lounge areas and amenities. Very spacious!

Cons:

The garage parking situation and cost of parking. I paid for self parking at a fee I was told $27.00 during check in per day but charged $40.00 per day once I checked out and saw my invoice. The second night, the parking garage was full and I was told that I had to park at another location even though I was a hotel guest. This was such an inconvenience. The other location was very tight which i witnessed a car hit another vehicle because the parking attendant had guests parking in spaces that were not legal parking spaces (outside of lanes and too close to other vehicles). Our room had a smell that would not go away even after housekeeping was completed.
