Absolutely amazing!!!
Pros:

Absolutely excellent staff and services! Clean and comfortable room and overall common areas. Parking was easy and affordable. Location to other areas of city was easily navigated via Uber and public transpo!

Cons:

I needed a late night snack and the market place was closed...but really I should have planned earlier 😁

Really loved their hospitality. Great staff, but cleanup crew was a bit too eager to start. Otherwise great!
Pros:

Great for pick up and drop
Off into the city.

Cons:

Cleaning crew woke us up both days super early morning. My fault for not putting up do not disturb though.

If it wasn’t for the bar issues they stay would of been 10/10 but since that happen a good solid 6/10
Cons:

Our server in the bar area was not the nice at first then as the night went on seem to get annoying with us and barely checked in on us and left our beverages sit by the bar for a good 10mins. Charged us 17 dollar shots without telling us.

Great place if your group is meeting at the attached convention center.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ice and water machines nearby. The elevators were efficient. Bellmen assisted with luggage.

Cons:

Breakfast was $50 for 2 people not eating from the buffet. Food from the hotel was expensive. We were several minutes walk from the green or red train station. Ubers for everything were expensive.

Chicago was great, hotel was below average.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was not updated, not modern, looked old, carpet worn, bottoms bed skirt with a rip in it, wall decor was old not modern at all. It was definitely not work coming all the way from Tulsa Ok and
paying 900 dollars for 2 nights.
