This is my third time, and it won't be the last. Everything was exceptional, clean, organized, and beautiful. Thank you to everyone who helped us have a wonderful vacation, starting with Ms. Nada in the reservations department, the reception, room service, security, the beach, and the restaurant. Thank you, Porto Said.
كانت إقامتنا رائعة جدًا، وكل شيء كان ممتازًا من البداية حتى النهاية. جميع العاملين كانوا متعاونين جدًا ولبّوا طلباتنا بسرعة واهتمام، وهذا الشيء جعل إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة جدًا.
أحب بشكل خاص أن أشكر الأستاذة ندى من قسم الحجوزات، كانت في غاية اللطف والذوق والتعاون، ودائمًا متجاوبة معنا بكل رحابة صدر. كذلك الأستاذ يحيى في الاستقبال كان محترمًا جدًا وراقيًا في تعامله، ودائمًا مستعدًا للمساعدة.

Excellent stay and a wonderful family experience.
Our family trip to Portosaid Hotel & Spa was highly enjoyable and comfortable. The resort services are excellent, the rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. The restaurant buffet was diverse, delicious, and very kid-friendly. The entire team was professional and always helpful..
Thanks Ahmed from Reception, Ashraf & Moataz from house keeping and Special thanks to Nada for her excellent and dedicated follow-up both before and during our stay. We will definitely visit again!

Every thing was perfect ...staff ...breakfast... dinner sea view very exceptional but no beach to swim although good place for shore fishing. I ll be back again.
