The staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which made a big difference throughout the stay. The hotel enjoys a great location directly on the seafront and is only about 10 minutes from Port Said city, making it very convenient. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view. Parking is easily available near the hotel, and there are useful facilities nearby such as a pharmacy, grocery store, and clinic.
The food quality was good in terms of taste; however, the variety was limited, and desserts could be improved.
The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat slow.
Regarding the beach, it is important to note that it is not currently available for swimming. I understand this is seasonal, as the beach is only prepared during the summer. At the moment, there is no sandy beach or umbrellas for seating, although there is an artificial turf area. Swimming is restricted due to high waves and the beach not being ready yet.

The upholstery was so dirty in the room and near the reception area. The room service was poor . The beach access was closed 😞

Amazing view. The staff were really friendly especially the restaurant and the housekeeping staff, Thanks to them.
The staff was very kind and helpful, specially reception and Mohamed Ashraf from room service.
