my room was on the same floor as the pool. the balcony door wasnt secured so i couldn't feel safe sleeping in night. also, the bar have very limited options plus the dining facilities was very limited. i dont think ill ever revisit this hotel

Wonderful, central location, great facilities

I had a great experience during my stay in Hyatt Amman, every service is impeccable including security, reception, my room was perfect every day and of course, food in the restaurants. My special thanks to Odai Issa at front desk for his advices and support. Also many thanks Mr Essam, house keeping, my room was wonderful every day. Hope to come back soon!
