Professional & friendly service, modern interior, clean throughout!

We missed our connection so we needed to stay over night. We did not want to leave the airport area. This hotel was a great option. It was walking distance from C19. The clerk, Danika, was kind and welcoming. She even gave us toiletries since we did not have our luggage. The bar had good pub food. The room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was fabulous. We did not hear any hallway noise. You could hear the planes but it was muted. Earplugs worked great. The thermostat worked great. The free airport shuttle comes every 20 minutes. We would stay here again if the situation arises.

As a frequent traveler and loyal Hyatt Globalist, I have historically visited this location regularly. I want to note that the food here has consistently been good, and the majority of the team members are pleasant and professional. However, a recent severe service failure by one specific individual has completely changed my perspective on dining here.Following the delivery of my meal, this particular server completely disappeared from the floor. Because they never conducted a standard check-back, a minor and easily correctable issue with my dish went unaddressed.The breakdown extended to the payment process. Operating on a tight timeline to catch an airport shuttle, I found the server lacked basic training regarding World of Hyatt program operations, as he had no idea how to process points for a dining guest. I have shared his specific identity directly with corporate.I have a readership of over 1 million travelers on this platform and rarely find it necessary to highlight individual performance failures. However, due to this experience, I will no longer be returning to this establishment. Moving forward, I will stick to the Grand Hyatt DFW, where excellent service standards are consistently guaranteed. I hope management addresses this specific breakdown so other travelers do not experience the same frustration.

Very close to airport. Very easy to shuttle around. Staff were friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Would gladly stay again.

Here is my feedback: Hyatt Regency is a respected brand. This one night is over $350. Hyatt's website says that this location has "Room Service" as an amenity. This hotel does not have "Room Service." It has "Brown Paper Bag Handoff." Hyatt needs to start being transparent about this cost-saving, low-brow, embarrassing pivot. I would not have stayed here if I had known. You cannot redefine what "Room Service" means in the hotel industry from the bottom up. Just call it what it is so people can stay at hotels that offer the actual amenities they are seeking.

We enjoyed a well-planned long layover at DFW to see Hamilton in FW and stay overnight at Hyatt Regency. Pleased our room was ready upon early arrival. Shuttle service from airport and surrounding area was a gem -- so grateful to be dropped off directly across the street from Jakes Burgers in Grapevine. Super convenient to get to train station toward FW and back late at night. So close to DFW Terminal C that you can walk.

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities.

Excellent hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was so good that I almost considered missing my flight just to have a second round.

My only suggestion: please help your guests find you! DFW Airport is basically a small city, and finding the hotel felt like completing a side quest. Yesterday we were running around the terminals like antelopes, convinced we were going the right way... until we realized we weren't. 😄

A few more directional signs inside the airport, or even a simple map with walking directions included in the booking confirmation, would save tired travelers a lot of unnecessary cardio.

Other than that, everything was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.
