Ok for last minute plan. Not good value for money. Ask for shuttle instructions
Pros:

Convenient for last minute change of plans with flights. Beds where okay. Breakfast good.

Cons:

There was no explanation given about the shuttle bus that takes you to the accomodation. I had to call them and ask. This should be part of the standard message and accomodation description. I arrived very late at night and people in the airport kept giving me wrong instructions about how to get to the hotel. They told me I could get there walking. Very wrong!

When the airlines ruin your trip in Dallas head over here right away!
Pros:

Your staff saved me from an American Airlines snafu. I was stranded after 30 hours of cancellations and missed a huge family event. You guys swooped in to salvage what was left of my situation and at least make me comfortable and fed after a truly terrible airline experience. Thank you! Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. They knew how tired I was and had a robe delivered to me as the airline had also lost my luggage.

Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso en ambas habitaciones. Había solicitado habitaciones contiguas y conectadas. Fue difícil que me dieran al menos contiguas. Llegamos a media noche y los vecinos se quejaron del ruido, hay poca aislamiento de ruido
