Pros:

Everything was perfect, but the service during the breakfast. There was only one waiter and he was very unfriendly. All the other employees were very attentive and friendly, especially the girls at the front desk!

Pros:

The pools are barely heated. We booked the Mystic suite with the cave pool which really just meant the whole suite was like a sauna due to moisture. Breakfast was really good. Staff were great.

When we arrived our room seemed as if it had not been cleaned completely. There were stains on the top cover (sheet) of the bed. We contacted the front desk and were told they would change the sheet the next day! Some towels were missing from the initially provided set as compared to what was supplied the rest of our stay. The private jacuzzi/pool was very cloudy, once it was cleaned the next day, it was clear. There was a lot of peeling paint around the facilities. For the money spent, $900 USD per night, we expected perfection on every point. Because of the price point, expectations of all details of property should match the level paid.

Excellent hotel. We had a VIP exclusive entrance to our room. They accommodate a extra bed request. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The highlights are the pool with transparent wall, the gorgeous sunset from our room chairs, the private huge jacuzzi that change light colors, the communication is very effective though the WhatsApp, the breakfast in front of our room looking at the sea is an amazing experience, the location of the hotel is excellent for fabulous photos.

The only downside is the dinner. The food is terrible. I was unable to finish any dish. In addition to that is very price

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was fantastic. Some highlights were the staff, who I was could text message with all day long to get taxi's and make restaurant reservations with ease. The cave pool we had was beyond romantic. Also, they had an area that taxi's could drive right up to which helped with our luggage. Some other hotels in Santorini are situated in a way that your car can only get so close. Our room itself also had great mood lighting and audio integration with Sonos. If I were to have one negative it is that our room was a little on the small side for the rate we paid, but that didn't detract from the fun!!

What an amazing place to stay. Our room had an indoor pool and a steam room and the best showers ever. Beautiful views and someone came to clean each time we left the room not just once a day.

Very close to everything.

And the staff was super nice very accommodating and top tier.

I will say it was super expensive but everything here is and my only “complaint” was that it would get really hot at night due to the pool room heat and the hot water wasn’t hot on our last day but it’s didn’t hamper our trip much.

What can I say about this gem of a hotel? From the kindness of the staff and the impeccable design to the absolutely perfect views, it was honestly a life-changing experience!! The entire room was to die for and the outdoor hot tub was such a dream! I was so happy I could put my favorite music on the Sonos system, it made all the difference! The sunset view from the room was precious, all the colors were captivating. And, of course, the food at Mavro restaurant was delicious! The cappuccino seafood soup was so unique, I don’t think I have experienced anything quite like it before. I love beef, so the black Angus tartare was my obvious choice and it was the perfect one! Highly recommend. I also tried the lamb option and the squid one and they were heavenly. The black forest (recommended by our waiter Christopher) was unbelievable. Cannot wait to go back, already looking to book for 2022!

Excellent view of the caldera from the rooms, amazing shower, very clean, staff is incredibly helpful. Restaurant had great food. A bit more expensive than other places in the area but I think it’s worth it.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Signature Suite gives an even better view of the caldera. Please be aware that the jacuzzis are more like mini pools. Most of the hot tubs I have experience with stay between 38 and 40 degrees C. The maximum temperature of these are less than your body temperature. They are still very relaxing though, and after a long walk in the heat are refreshing.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Amazing stay! This by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. The views from this location were incredible. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and had all the luxury touches one would expect. The staff was great and always very helpful. I strongly recommend it, and when we get a chance to return to Santorini, we will definitely be staying at Kivotos!

This is the best hotel in Santorini !!! First of all the place is beautiful, the views are breathtaking... is a perfect romantic getaway. The service is amazing. They treat you like family; they are always ready to help you and make your stay the most amazing. The food is excellent, so delicious and fresh. If I went back to Santorini I will definitely stay at Kivotos.

Pros:

Kivotos is a stunning property, just a few months old so still in superb shape. Not your typical Santorini hotel as you can see from the pictures. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly and everyone of them went out of their way to meet any requests we had.
The restaurant attached to the hotel serves really great food, albeit a bit pricey. I'm a vegan, with various intolerances and whilst the menu was limited for me, the staff immediately offered to cook off the menu to accommodate me which Buddha Bar wouldn't do.
The location is quite busy with it being enroute to Skaros, the rock which everyone wants to walk to. But don't let this put you off as I would say anywhere in Santorini is busy, unless you're in the middle of nowhere. We walked to Oia from our hotel which I would recommend, its was a 90 minute walk there and 2 hour walk back as its a little uphill.
