we were very satisfied with our stay overall.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions, and it was easy to explore the city on foot from there. The hotel staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the room was genuinely very clean.

Cons:

The only small issue was that the mattress was slightly sunken and not very comfortable. Since we were staying only two nights, we didn’t mention it or ask to change rooms.

A localização é ótima, dá para fazer tudo a pé dos pontos principais.

Cons:

Só um aviso, como não pode parar na rua do hotel, os carros param numa rua perto para embarque e desembarque, mas é bem tranquilo.

Cons:

1. The entrance requires climbing stairs with no assistance available, which is really inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
2. Despite being a 4-star hotel, no basic toiletries are provided—no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or even complimentary bottled water.
3. The wardrobe is spacious but unstable. It shakes violently at the slightest movement and disturbs sleep.
4. The curtains are sheer and flimsy with only a single sheer layer. Privacy is poor, and bright early morning light causes sleep disruption.
5. The desk is placed extremely close to the bed. Its sharp, unprotected corners are hazardous; I bumped into it when getting up at night.
6. A creepy eyeless Beatles portrait hangs above the bed, creating an unsettling and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Great location and attractive building.
Pros:

We were allowed to check in 2hrs early and were upgraded to a room with a small kitchenette and plenty of space which was much appreciated. A good selection available at breakfast.

Cons:

Some of the furnishings were a little “tired”
including a chipped lamp base and table, and a broken blind but staff were helpful in correcting any issues highlighted.
