Gute Zentrale Lage
Pros:

Perfekte zentrale Lage für ein Städtetrip nach Prag. Tram und U-Bahn direkt am Hotel. Altstadt direkt um die Ecke. Großes Zimmer, gut Lärmisoliert. Gute Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer und große Regendusche im Bad vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war defekt. Auf Nachfrage, hieß es zunächst, der Kühlschrank würde ausgetauscht werden, dann aber wurde uns gesagt, dass alle Kühlschränke im Hotel defekt seien. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt eher unmotiviert. Der Fußboden im Bad könnte mal erneuert werden.

Comfortable stay close to Prague's Old Town
Pros:

The location is fabulous and close to old town and charles bridge. Trams and buses and right outside the hotel. Did not try the breakfast. Tip would be stay in the Junior suite or on a higher floor and not in the rooms on the ground floor or basement which are cheaper.

Cons:

There is a 7 steps stair from entrance to lobby level.

Ottima Struttura nel pieno centro Storico di Praga vicinissima a molte attrazioni ed alla stazione metropolitana, molto comoda! Stanze ampie a tema Tarantino, Bagno Spaziosissimo e pulizia curata.

Sehr gute Lage, Sauber, nettes Personal, Zimmer schön groß.

Cons:

Technische Dinge wie elektrische Rolladen und mansche Schalter haben nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.

Newly renovated hotel, good location!
Pros:

Location. It's right behind Four Seasons. So it's very close to Charles bridge. There's a tram stop across and it's adjacent to the metro station too. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are huge!

Cons:

The receptionist is not too friendly but that's OK. She was very professional and efficient. It hallways are a bit dark but it's very clean.
