Beautiful hotel like an oasis. Pool was awesome and we spent many hours there. Highly recommend.

My first room was not up to standard: difficult shower and phone didn’t work. Mohamed Nabel at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get settled in a better room. Much appreciated.
The hotel is nice
The room is very old , or at least the one we booked , and the ac started dripping water in the bathroom and got flooded so it was bad specially that I had no time to ask for help since I was coming to sleep and leaving early

Die Aussenanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Poolanlage und die verschiedenen À la carte Restaurants. Alles ist gepflegt, schön dekoriert und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und im Vergleich zum schönen Aussenbereich in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand. Vieles wirkt eher notdürftig repariert als richtig instand gehalten. Auch das Badezimmer ist nicht wirklich praktisch, da Dusche und Badewanne extrem eng zusammenliegen. Dabei hätten die Zimmer und das Bad eigentlich genügend Platz, um daraus etwas Schönes zu machen. Eine Renovation wäre hier definitiv angebracht.
Für Kinder gibt es leider keinen Indoor-Spielplatz, sondern nur einen kleinen Spielplatz draussen. Auch Schwimmutensilien sind kaum vorhanden. Man findet weder etwas zur kostenlosen Nutzung noch wirklich etwas zum Kaufen.
Passt bei den Rechnungen gut auf! Bei uns wurden im Restaurant knapp 1'000 EGP zu viel verrechnet. Zum Glück haben wir es bemerkt und nachgefragt. Erst dann wurde uns das Geld zurückerstattet.
Auch mit dem hoteleigenen Taxiservice haben wir schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Für eine Strecke von weniger als zwei Kilometern wollten sie 20 Euro. Das Geld musste im Voraus bezahlt werden, und an die getroffenen Abmachungen wurde sich anschliessend nicht gehalten. Das hinterlässt natürlich keinen guten Eindruck.
Auch das All-inclusive-Buffet hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Wir haben in Ägypten schon deutlich bessere Buffets erlebt. Die Auswahl ist eher bescheiden und vieles wiederholt sich täglich. Insgesamt hätten wir bei diesem Hotel einfach mehr erwartet, besonders wenn man bedenkt, was man dafür bezahlt.

Top Lage für Besichtigungen des GEM und der Pyramiden. Eine Oase mit allem Komfort. Zimmer top (Maisonette). Pool top. Essen a la carte (La Terrazza / italienische Küche gut).
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt.
