Tired decor. Need to get taxi everywhere - and each taxi ride a negotiation.
Bardzo dobre śniadania i obiadokolacje.
Masakra Taxi, które tam jest podpięte pod hotel. Najchętniej by z turysty zdarli wszystkie pieniądze.
Rozwiązać umowę z firmą taksówkową, która tam chyba- wynajmuje, robi bardzo zły PR dla hotelu.
Nous avons été surclassés à notre arrivée., c'était une agréable surprise.
dans l'ensemble c'est un Bel hôtel au niveau de la réception.
Un joli parc très bien entretenu.
Mais ça s'arrête là,il n'y a rien à faire dans l'hôtel.
La piscine est juste magnifique mais il est impossible de s'y baigner l'eau est gelée absolument pas chauffé..... quel dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter surtout qu'il y a rien d'autre
Chambres très bien conçu Car nous avons eu une suite mais concernant le ménage il n'est vraiment pas digne de l'hôtel.
Le personnel refait juste le lit et remet des serviettes propres et cela s'arrête là .....
Le sol était plus que sal les poussières n'étaient pas faites du tout enfin bref la propreté de la chambre est totalement à revoir ce n'est pas digne d'un établissement comme celui-là...
La douche est très dangereuse car c'est dû marbre Au Sol et une fois mouillé c'est une patinoire.
J'ai d'ailleurs manqué de me casser la figure en entrant après mon époux ....
Il serait judicieux de mettre un tapis de douche pour éviter les accidents....
La literie est bonne mais les draps serait à changer il ont fait leurs temps, pleins de boules sur le draps housse c'est très désagréable pour ma part
Concernant le repas c'est exactement bruyant,sa résonne a vous en cassé les oreilles impossible de profiter du repas.
La nourriture quant à elle est de bonne qualité rien à dire de négatif.....
En conclusion c'est un hôtel ( boite à touristes) ou il y a rien à faire pour se détendre après les visites de la journée.
Je ne suis pas ravie de mes quatre nuits passées dans cet établissement

Les repas ne répondaient absolument pas à notre attente.

Świetny obiekt w zasadzie pod każdym względem. Czysto, rozległy ogród, wielki basen, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania.
Struttura ampia confortevole giardino piscina grandi spazi. Camere pulite e bagno impeccabile. Vicinissima al GEM e alle piramidi.

Stay was comfortable and staff is well trained, rooms clean.
Restaurants at the facility are overpriced and very basic.
Prachtig hotel met mooi zwembad en goede faciliteiten. Ook goede locatie als je naar het museum wilt of de piramides!
