The Location near the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids ... The front office staff who were highly efficient during check in and check out .. special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Nabil who helped me solve my room problems
The hotel in general and the rooms needs maintenance .. the air condition in my room was not working but it was repaired swiftly after I complained .. the food is average .. the breakfast buffet is pretty basic.
Je n'y ai passé qu'une seule nuit pour finir mon séjour, et, que dire à part que cela à été magique. Si vous venez en Egypte pour les temples, ses pharaons et ses dieux, vous êtes obligé de finir là bas. Vous restez dans le thème.
Petit déjeuner et diner en buffet à volonté avec divers choix, vous ne pouvez pas ne pas vous faire plaisir, il y en a pour tous les gouts. La piscine est magnifique et se poser sur les transat à écouter le son qui passe est un havre de paix. La salle de sport est énorme avec tous les agrès nécessaire pour une bonne séance. La réception est à l'écoute. C'est à 1 heure de l'aéroport.

Sushi not fresh. Staff in italian and room service made a lot of mistakes with orders. Perhaps language. We were given room 400. Poor wifi service. Close to freeway. Could smell smoking fumes in aircon. Was given free late checkout to 3pm. There is no where to go outside to walk. Right on freeway

The pool is very nice, clean and large so you don't feel any crowd. Actually i believe that the pool is the most attractive item in the hotel. The staff was very nice and welcoming specially Mr Mohamed Nabil at the reception who gave us a nice room that was very good and quiet. The food was ok, so there were varieties but the taste was not the best

Main hotel restaurant not wheelchair accessible. In-room breakfast provided but family would have preferred to eat together.
For a large resort style hotel it is lovely and doesn't feel too large or overwhelming.
There was no warning when we booked that the hotel was hosting parties before and after some dance festival so the doof doof music and party crowd was off putting.

Mohammed Nabil has been extremely exceptional with taking care of all of my requests and making sure that my stay is as relaxing and comfortable! He always has a smile on his face. He’s always in the best mood. I can really tell that he loves his job so much! It was a pleasure meeting him!
