Smooth check in, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed with some of the best pillows I've had in the Czech Republic. The receptionist loaned us a discount card to a nearby restaurant. Great breakfast.

No cleaning, which is basics !!!
Although we asked for, they did not clean or change towels for 2 days, until we complained to booking.
And there is no one at the reception after 7pm
They claim to be a 4 stars hotel, but besides the high price, there ia no justification for it.

Pusryčiai - pasirinkimo buvo, tačiau neatrodė, kad maistas labai šviežias ir kokybė aukšta.
Super lokalizacja, zaraz przy rynku miasta. Miła Pani na obsłudze, jasna instrukcja dot. wejścia po godzinach pracy recepcji, itp. Pycha śniadanko, dużo jedzenia i super jakość, wszędzie czysto i przyjemnie. Wygodna winda, łazienka i super łóżko. Komplet 3 ręczników na osobę + jeden do łazienki. Dodatkowe wyposażenia: zestaw do szycia, gąbka do butów, zestaw wacików i patyczków do uszu i pilnka - bardzo fajny, bo często się tego zapomina. Wzięłam ze sobą na pamiątkę :) jest blisko ulicy, ale to małe miasto a ja pochodzę z wielkiego, więc nie przeszkadzało mi to, jak dla mnie subiektywnie to hałas totalnie do zaakceptowania (w komentarzach inne osoby mają z tym problem - jeśli kogoś taki hałas budzi, to może cierpi na inne problemy jak nerwica czy bezsenność i warto było by skonsultować to z lekarzem - mówię to niezłośliwie, bo serio nie rozumiem problemu). Blisko dojazd do wszystkich miejsc w czeskim raju, bardzo miło wracało się do hotelu po całym dniu chodzenia po pięknych okolicach. Super blisko jest też poczta, skąd można wysłać pocztówki. Nie wiem jak działa TV i klima, bo nie włączałam ale piloty były do obu. W łazience też suszarka itp. jest super. Głównie zdecydowałam się ze względu na akceptację piesków. Pozdrawiam z Polski :)

Very good solution to stay if you travel around Trosky! Also staff was very kind (they let us to anticipate check in and also helped with some courier delivery). Room was very nice and finally a good breakfast. Also we appreciated pillow menu :)
Maybe bathroom a bit essential (also moquette not the best to guarantee hygiene) and we were not able to find the hotel parking lol (no big deal there is a public one in front of the hotel)
