Great location and staff, could be cleaner.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally good and helpful! The location is perfect.

Cons:

The cleanness is questionable - we saw a lot of not clean floor, hair of previous guests, and a dead cockroach. We still loved staying there, but these aspects were pretty visible in our room.

Perfekt läge i stan. Man kan gå till det mesta.

Cons:

I vårt rum var det så otroligt mycket ljud att jag inte kunde sova. Det slutade kl 02.00 vet inte vad det var men lät så mycket att jag var tvungen att ha musik i hörlurar för att få lite vila.

Ein guter Platz um im Zentrum von Athenunterwegs zu sein.

Liegt sehr zentral.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem

Cons:

Im 1. Zwischenstock ist es bis ca.24:00 Uhr durch das sich darunter befindliche Lokal sehr laut!

Pros:

Extremely nice lady at the reception, she went above and beyond in trying to help us after my phone was stolen. The room was quiet even though I'm a busy part of town.

A perfect location in Athens!
Pros:

The hotel is brilliantly located! We walked a short walk to everything in Athens, brilliant restaurants literally on the doorstep! Its stylish and exactly what we needed for a city break!

Cons:

The room was dark, however this was fine as it was only to sleep! The shower was very difficult to get right, one minute boiling the next freezing and the knobs changed what they did daily.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our honeymoon in Athens, and it turned into a nightmare. At around 3:00 a.m., we woke up to numerous bed bugs crawling on us and throughout the bed. We immediately left the hotel, had to do emergency laundry in the middle of the night, and ultimately threw away all of our luggage to avoid bringing the infestation home.

What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response. Rather than taking responsibility, they claimed that we brought the bed bugs with us because we left behind an Emirates Business Class blanket. However, that blanket had been sealed in its original plastic packaging before we ever used it. We intentionally left it behind, along with other nonessential items, because after discovering the infestation we did not want to risk bringing anything potentially contaminated with us.

Prior to this stay, neither of us had ever experienced bed bugs or had any bites. Despite the clear evidence of an infestation in the room, the hotel refused to provide a refund or reimburse us for any of the expenses we incurred as a result.

Between the condition of the room and the complete lack of accountability or customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
