Human touch
Pros:

Optimal location near congress center and metro station.
Personnel very friendly, especially Jenny at the breakfast area which treated us as part of the family at the point of learning our wishes and preventing our requests, very professional and highly appreciated. Also the people at the reception desk was very kind and cooperational.
Some issue with a lift were promptly solved.

Breakfast menu was ok, but nothing special. Choice of vegetable salads could be wider, as well as hot meal variety.

Cons:

All electric contacts are old, some are not working in the room. No contacts with usb ports.

Very clean rooms , efficient and warm service , complementary coffee and bread breakfast for early guests , which starts at 4:00 AM , convenient to where the European Society of Radiology convention was held ! Thank you

Pros:

I had a great experience at the Tarragona Restaurant in the NH Danube City. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Special thanks to my waiter Enrique – he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my evening truly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
