Excellent staff, very good location and facilities and good value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic Staff. Nancy who works at the reception/front desk is amazing and exceptionally kind and helpful. NH has the best staff or all the hotels I've stayed in Vienna. The room is very comfortable and the amenities are really great. The Staff left a very positive impression and impacted positively on my trip.

Everything was great.

Very good.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my mission. the room had everytihing I needed, and the breakfast was good. Very important is the presence of the fitness area

Cons:

Tv channels, almost all on german, only 2-3 on english. No smart tv option. Too expensive breakfast option

In whole it very positive impression on my staying in the hotel
Pros:

Very comfort hotel provided all necessary for work and rest. Excellent breakfast with responsive and caring staff

Cons:

The pressure of hot water in the shower is too weak. It makes taking a shower bit discomfort

Acceptable for a short stay
Pros:

Location close to Austria Center where I had to go every day

Cons:

Rooms need a big improvment, doesn't look like 4 star hotel, cleaning of tje rooms was supposed to be at 4 dayys( really, in a 4 star hotel at 4 days?????) but it was made after 5 days, without the replacement of the used issue...

Overall a nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast food was very good and plenty, and the breakfast staff was super nice and attentive. Dinner at the restaurant was also very tasty and pleasant.

Cons:

I could not control the temperature of my room and having the windows open was a no go because of the traffic noise. The front desk staff was not very approachable and seemed annoyed by the customers, therefore I did not feel comfortable to approach them and ask on how to fix the temperature issue.
