Another very pleasant stay with wonderful staff
Pros:

Another wonderful stay. The room was great, as always – comfortable, clean and very pleasant.
Breakfast was excellent, with a really good selection and something for everyone, including guests with special dietary requirements.
A special thank you to Charles, who was preparing the food and was absolutely fantastic – friendly, helpful and always ready to make sure everything was just right. Perls (I hope I remember her name correctly) was also wonderful and always there whenever we needed anything. A special mention also to the lovely young girl at reception who spoke Serbian – unfortunately, I forgot her name. She was absolutely wonderful, always friendly, welcoming and ready to help.
Great hospitality and a place I am always happy to come back to

Oldukça kaliteli bir otel
Pros:

Şehrin biraz dışında gibi görünüyor ama U1 hattının geçtiği istasyona oldukça yakın ve fiyat performans olarak gayet iyi bir otel. Odada klima, su ısıtıcısı ve buzdolabı mevcut. Oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterli.

Außerordentliches Hotel mit guter Lage und gerechtfertigtem Preis
Pros:

Man merkt hier bereits bei der Rezeption das man in einem 4 Stern Hotel ist. Empfang sehr freundlich und kompetent! Am Zimmer wurde ich mit einer Handgeschriebenen Karte und kleinen Schokokuchen empfangen. Ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer wurde mir kostenlos angeboten! Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frisch gemachte Eier Gerichte sowie eine sehr große Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei Früchten und Brot lässt einen mit vollem Bauch in den Tag starten!

Cons:

Preis von Parkgarage mit guten 30 Euro, ist selbst für Wiener Hotels eine klasse für sich!

Pros:

Die Dame am Empfang war super freundlich, hat sich gleich geschaut das wir ein Zimmer bekommen in das wir einchecken konnten, da wir am Weg auf das Festival waren.
War sehr nett und zuvorkommen und eine spitzen Mitarbeiterin.
