The location was very convenient. It was 10 min walk to the metro. The airport bus stop was just a few min walk away from the hotel. I attended a conference in the Austria Center Vienna and could walk to the hall in 12-13 min. The breakfast was very good but quite expensive so I didn't choose to have everyday. The room was big enough.
I didn't like that the the towels were changed every day or at least every other day. To have them changed and your bed made you have to ask for the service. The hotel is not new so some parts of the bathroom were worn out. There was only instant coffee in the room that I don't like at all. Everything in the room was at its minimum and since I thought NH Hotels are supposed to be a good brand, I was surprised.

Ci abbiamo messo molto per fare checkout perché abbiamo chiesto di dividere il costo della stanza su due carte (per motivi di lavoro). Solo uno dei receptionist era, a quanto pare, capace di farlo.

Breakfast selection was excellent.
Rooms only got serviced every four days which was fine. I understand the need to conserve energy and water by not changing towels and bedding too frequently. But would have been good if things like toilet paper and tea supplies could be checked on and topped up, without having to call for it. But a very minor point for consideration. Service otherwise was great.
It was our second stay here. Very nice hotel, the location is close to Donau Park, Prater, VIC and metro station. Friendly and always helpful staff. We enjoyed a lot the sweet surprise in the room and the welcome letter. Thank you! The room was nice and very big, with a kettle for tea or coffee.
For a double room, it would be better to have an actual double bed rather than two single beds placed side by side.

Das Personal kompensiert die schmalen Federkernbetten,löchrigen Vorhänge und quietschenden Türscharniere im Bad.Sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.
Das Haus ist mittlerweile weit unter NH-Standard, liegt preislich dafür entsprechend am unteren Ende der 4-Sterne Häuser Wiens in zentraler Lage.
