Price was good but the rooms must be upgraded in quality
Pros:

The location was great … easy access to surrounding areas … food was good … staff were nice and always asking how to help and assist

Cons:

The hotel is pretty old and the rooms were clean but they had a strange smell in them (I stayed in two different units)

We had a fantastic 4-day break.
Pros:

Hotel inside was beautiful. The decor is lovely. Very ornate. Feels like luxury.
The staff were very helpful / friendly/

Cons:

Outside, it doesn't look so great. It's quite dated (remnants of Eastern European post war era)
Bedding was 'different'. Pillows were too soft and the quilt was very small.

I will stay here each time I come to Vienna
Pros:

rooms are comfy, reasonably spacious, and have great views

location is super: central and close to everything, while quiet. The bar is one of the best in the city, and Sacher tort is better than in Sacher

Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno y la atención. Buen espacio para guardar la ropa en el armario.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio es fantástica, pero sí que es cierto que las habitaciones, al menos el baño (la ducha), es un poco viejo y podría mejorarse. Igualmente, pasamos 5 noches y estuvimos muy a gusto.

Comfort, Quality and Hospitality at its best!
Pros:

Location was great; interior design of the hotel was so beautiful; everything was clean; the rooms were big with comfort beds and beautiful view of the park; the staff were incredibly attentive helpful and polite.
The breakfast was so delicious with plenty of different food choices.
