Очень чистый, уютный номер. Красивый вид на Stadtpark, месторасположение прямо в центре, всё близко. Персонал очень отзывчивый и добрый, создает атмосферу комфорта.

アクセス良く、便利、かつ安心です。
Pros:

クレジットカードを旧市街お店で抜き取らずお店を出てしまいました。
次の博物館で気付き、急ぎホテルへ戻り、カードの停止をする為、1人努力しましたが、日本との時間差が有り上手く出来ませんでした。
遂にフロントに助けを求めて手続きを挑戦しました。その後コンシェルジュが対応を変わってくれました。いろいろ試して貰い、最後にひょっとしてお店にあるかも………と確認電話して下さり、お店にある事確認出来ました。
長時間の対応でしたが、親身になって助けて頂き本当に助かりました。

Cons:

お部屋の空調に不備が有り、ヒーターを運び入れて対応し貰いました。

朝食会場を2ヶ所体験しましたが、後半2日間だけでしたので、全て後半と同様の会場で有って欲しかった。
