cp值頗高的住宿
Pros:

- 住宿地點非常方便，離觀光景點及ubike站(河樂公園)都很近
- 生活機能不錯，附近有全聯及便利商店
- 公共區有冰箱(冷藏)
- 房間有小桌子及兩張椅子
- 提供2瓶礦泉水
- 有洗手乳
- 毛巾及床單白白的頗乾淨
- 有室內拖鞋*2及浴室拖鞋
- 會整理房間及提供新毛巾

- 整體來說平日cp值很高

發生一件安全隱患，處理方式也不當。環境上浴室有蛾蚋、房間角落有線路的地方也是不少積灰，考慮到房價可以接受，但很在意整潔的人自己留意

4/12 入住期間發生一件讓我非常不舒服、也覺得有安全疑慮的事情，提供給之後要入住的人、尤其是女孩子們參考。
當天下午約 15:30，我人在房間內休息時，有一名約 40–50 歲的男性未敲門、未事前告知，直接開門進入房間。
對方看到我後有簡單說抱歉，但當下並沒有清楚說明身份或來意，我詢問是否為打掃人員也沒有得到回應。
事後民宿才回覆說該名男子是老闆，因為處理白蟻問題順便檢查房間，並表示「沒注意到該房還在續住」。
這樣的處理方式我完全不能接受：
1. 沒有事前確認哪些房間有住客、也沒有事前訊息通知會有人來檢查房間狀況的行政疏失
2. 住客仍在房內，卻沒有敲門或確認就直接開門
3. 現場沒有清楚表明身份，當下根本無法判斷對方是誰
4. 後續表明此事件後，民宿方也沒有任何道歉補是補償措施
身為女性，當一個陌生男性突然打開房門進來的那一刻，實在是感受到非常強烈的驚嚇與不安全感。
這次經驗讓我在後續住宿期間必須自己提高警戒，甚至用錄影方式保護自己，真的不是一句抱歉可以帶過，讓我整體住宿跟安全感大打折扣。
如果你很在意住宿的基本安全與隱私，這點真的需要特別留意，也附上事件當下跟民宿的訊息給大家參考。

下次去台南還會再回訪，很溫馨的民宿，很喜歡

以地點來說很不錯，單純過夜還可以，部分的缺點影響不大
Pros:

地點鄰近各商圈去哪都方便，由於在巷弄內，左右當地居民居多，出入較單純晚上安靜不吵能夠好好休息

Cons:

老房子的關係，浴室在房間外面、空間小洗漱有點不方便，另外房間的清潔沒有到位，還是有發現灰塵、頭髮，浴室洗沐用品短缺
