Pros:

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, and very comfortable and modern hotel room. I was also able to use the bath with tattoos as the staff provided covers at reception. The coffee and fresh green tea station at reception is also a bonus. The bar near reception is a lovely place to start your evening as well.
Staff were responsive to my questions and kindly accepted my luggage the day before I arrived by delivery.

I have stayed here twice now and will definitely stay again next time I'm in Nagasaki.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel uses Sagawa transport for luggage forwarding, which does not have a pick up in Haneda Terminal 3 for international departures. Not an issue if sending to another hotel, but something to be aware of if your next stop is the airport.

Le personnel serviable, le onsen, la propreté, la gentillesse la vue et la proximité de tout. Le petit dejeunee est excellent.

親切で心の行き届いたスタッフのお陰で、素晴らしい長崎旅行ができました。有り難うございました。
Pros:

とても清潔で、落ち着いた内装で快適に泊まることが出来た。最上階の大浴場がとても気持ち良かったです。窓がついていて、眺めも良かった。

Cons:

朝食の種類は豊富だったけれど、味付けが僕には薄い気がした。

シャワーがちょっと狭い気がした。もう少し大きいと良かった。
