Amazing
Pros:

Everyone is very friendly and respectful. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Great location to be away from city noise but very close to walk or take a taxi to all great places. Definitely worth to book the garden side room because it’s very quiet and you get the river view. Management is awesome. Value is great too. The pool is cooler so that was only one thing I didn’t use it but it’s pretty good to jump in on a hot day. I’m Canadian and for me 3 weeks was like being at home definitely going back next time to this hotel

Pros:

The breakfast and garden settings beside Chiang Mai river were great for me. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The traffic marshall did a great job to ensure safe crossing of the guests in the street in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The traffic in front of the hotel is very heavy during peak hours. However, the traffic marshal was always around to help and it made us felt safer.
