Good location for first time visitors.
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking to all venues in town.

Cons:

The bathroom was overly small and the light switch was location outside the door. So you had to light up the entire dark room and wake others up. Also the tub/shower was a high leg over entrance without any grab handles available if you slipped. Indoor parking garage was only 6 feet high. So tall vehicles/car tops won’t fit.

Great experience
Pros:

Perfect location, really nice and clean room. Staff were kind. If you're travelling without a car I'd definitely recommend staying here. Ski bus stop out front, very close walking distance to the main town.

Hmm, ganz überzeugend war es nichtt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her top in Banff, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Enge und düstere Flure, altbackene Ausstattung. Das Zimmer hatte Fenster und Balkon zum Innenbereich, somit war es recht laut und man konnte nicht lüften.
Der Funke ist nicht übergesprungen, auch weil man uns aus Versehen die Nacht doppelt abgebucht hat. Das wurde erst auf meine Reklamation hin erstattet

Overall, a really lovely place to stay and I will not hesitate to stay there again!
Pros:

Great location, good access to public transport, friendly staff!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the kettle and cups provided in the room were dusty. I also wished they provided at least bottles of water for tea & coffee.
However, remaining facilities were adequate.
