Pros:

Great location. Nice hot tubs, and saunas. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Free shuttle right out front to Lake Louise resort.

Cons:

No microwave in room.

Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a tudo que há de agutadao na cidade.

Cons:

Iluminação dos quartos é pouca, as tvs também são antigas, ruins para quem gosta de assistir netflix ou youtube.

Great location, great value, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The location and cleanliness were great -- staff was friendly and room had ample storage. It was a really quick walk to shopping and restaurants, and we liked that there were lockers for skis and parking accessible. Easy to hop on and off the ROAM bus too. Very clean bathroom.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy while we were there-- there were several groups staying in the hotel and spending time in the "atrium" area. One evening, there was a group of kids running around in that room (which echoes) until after 11pm. It was a nice hotel, bur it wasn't the quietest.

Amazing and value for money
Pros:

The spa was a good set up. The room was good with room to move. Staff were very happy to help with information at check in which meant that there was a confidence in decisions made around the utilities of the facility.

Cons:

Well I'm sad to say that the bubbles in the spa didn't seem to be working as we were unable to get them working. The position of the heating in our room - under the window - meant that the fan which was far too loud was blowing on the person in the bed closest to the window. This was unacceptable.

Pros:

Great location, freindly helpful staff and restraunt food was very yummy . Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The spas were not operating properly which was disappointing after a long day out trekking in the snow. And room needs a bit of updating and refreshing, pictures needed dusting.

Cons:

Room faced the atrium over the lobby and restaurant. The sound carries. The "balcony" onto the artium served no real purpose. It would have been usedful space.
