Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. Schön gelegenes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr zentral mit Parkhaus, günstige Waschmaschine im Hotel nebenan, schöner Ausblick

Cons:

Die Züge sind vor allem nachts sehr laut zu hören. Das Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt.

Would stay again due to excellent location and ski bus stops right outside.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the ski bus stopped right outside. Bed were really comfortable; plenty of hot water.

Cons:

One of the lifts was out of order for almost all the duration of our stay.

Poor quality stay for a high price.
Cons:

The parking for large vehicles is poor. The hotel is difficult to get around in. Narrow hallways, stairs and slow elevators.
The rooms are old looking, carpets needed cleaning and the mattresses are worn out.
Rooms are not very sound proof for traffic and trains.

Pros:

Good location . Close to everything such as bus station , supermarket, shopping street.
Coffeshop , food etc.

Cons:

Sink Facet Water in bathroom is leak , handy man can't fix it , water came out all the time.
Pillows are rather hard and too small.

Not the experience I had hoped.
Pros:

Centrally located.- positive.
I was booked in for two nights, but was not comfortable with the room given as it was on the ground floor and overlooked a parking lot . The staff did their best to accommodate me, but there was no other rooms available and as such, I stayed for the one night and they reimbursed me for the second.

Cons:

A dated property that needs some upgrades .
They cater to bus groups, so single travellers are not given the attention and we acknowledge the reason for this. Bus groups are their bread and butter.

Enjoyable. Close walk to downtown.
Pros:

Good location. Nice rooms. Pleasant and friendly staff

Cons:

Not a lot of parking under ground.
Rooms overlooking the front entrance can be a little noisy some mornings with guests leaving.
