Enjoyable stay, good value for the price we paid.
Pros:

Good location, beds were comfortable, clean room and nice toiletries. It was nice to have free parking and passes to the bus. Also, the windows had good covering for privacy.

Cons:

Needed more lighting in the room, washroom a little tight.

Beautiful place very rustic
Pros:

The staff as a whole we're lovely and very polite and helpful. The room was very rustic a little dated but the facilities were modern. Very clean small queen beds but very comfortable. I would highly recommend some war plugs for sleeping as the freight train blows his horns on average 10 times a night and it's loud. The hotel is 5 mins walk to town. Plus we got a complementary bus pass each for the 3 days here so it took us to the gondola and all around the area. Parking was included in our room but I'm not sure if it was free due to been out of season. Lovely restaurant but the breakfast finishes at 10am. Over all we would highly recommend this place it was wonderful. Great local. Staff. Hotel.

Great hotel in down town Banff.
Pros:

Right in downtown so we could walk to everything. Staff was good and rooms were clean. Bus pass was included. Had hot tub cove, but we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Parking was good but a bit sketchy on the lower level. Breakfast was not included but available for purchase.

It's a great hotel for the price in Banff.
Pros:

Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Cons:

On the 1st floor over looking the parking lot so we couldn't leave the window open.

Pros:

The property was extremely close to the main part of town. It was super easy to access and park. Check in and out were quick and easy. The property was comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately it could be quite loud. We could hear everything in the corridor from our room. The rooms were also quite dark! Nothing major but worth noting

Pros:

The location is amazing, perfect for walking to all parts of the town and for taking the shuttle to ski. The room was also comfortable. I also think the staff went out of their way when we forgot something in our room and we didn't remember until days after leaving the hotel room.

Great position and views
Pros:

Loved the location. Room was spacious with nice views. It was extremely clean

Cons:

The loudest a/c which woke me up several times during the night sounded like a bus.
The pillows are also ridiculously small - like 1/2the size of a standard pillow. There was also no outlets or a side table on one side of the bed
