Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each rooGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The location is very convenient: a short walking distance to the town center.
Has free parking, which is extremely important in Banff.
The hotel doesn't have self service laundry, but guests are welcomed to use the next door hotel's self service laundry room (same ownership).
The room was quite small and a bit dated.
The AC unit made a lot of noise and controlled by a wall panel, so we had to get out of bed at night in order to switch it on/off.
Location was handy, staff were good and friendly.
Complimentary roam passes a real bonus parking good and we were able to park before check in which was helpful
A little dated, room lighting is poor.
Sound proofing from room door to corridor terrible but hotel was quiet at night.
We had a front Mountain View balcony which was lovely but people permanently smoke below it right at the side of the front door so it smells of cigarettes all the time even in the room which is a real disappointment when you’ve paid extra for a balcony with a view to sit out on.
Hotel should consider making directly outside the front non smoking .

La struttura è situata proprio sulla via centrale di Banff, posizione comodissima per fare una passeggiata nel centro e situato vicinissimo alla fermata del bus. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che lo staff ci abbia subito indicato che i mezzi pubblici sarebbero stati gratuiti durante il nostro soggiorno. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita e prodotti bagno davvero fantastici, tanto è che siamo pure andati a comprarli come souvenir. Anche l’area wellness ben curata
