A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable.
Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited.

Its good place to stay,but if you want to use spa make sure to check it before you will arrive.

Two time we visit this place,and each time their spa zone was shut of for maintenance.

A Great Place!
Pros:

The staff was awesome at checking in and ensuring we were aware of the free bus pass! We wouldn't normally use a bus pass as walking distance to down town isnt far but I had my mom with us. We took the pass and did use it! The hot tub is amazing and enjoyed it immensely!

Cons:

Not one thing! This is a great place to stay while enjoying banff and area! I totally recommend this hotel! Such a stellar place to stay!

Lovely mountain hotel with excellent facilities
