Not impressed
Pros:

Keg restaurant in hotel was great. Close to walk down town
Parking was free

Cons:

Room had no air conditioning and needed a deep clean.Very dusty. No daily room service

It worked but needs some upkeep for the cost
Pros:

The room was as pictured. Hot tub was quite large and parking was included. The location was easy. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Room was very hot. A little dirty and needs some maintenance. A bit much for what it is. When we arrived there was a line for the bathroom in the lobby, but only two bathrooms. Three people used one bathroom in the amount of time one staff member changed… maybe staff should change somewhere else. Also the pillows are quite huge. Also we kept having to get new keys because they would stop working anytime they touched our phone or wallet or water bottle according to the staff. Need new locks.

Great hotel but limited choice for vegetarians in the breakfast buffet
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights before travelling on the Rocky Mountaineer. The hotel is clean and the staff are all brilliant. The only issue I had was the cooked breakfast. I’m vegetarian and there is little choice, I ended up having toast and some hash browns as that was all there was that was vegetarian. If I come again I wouldn’t choose the buffet but order something off the menu.

Pros:

Location great, clean and quiet

Cons:

The room temp could not be put below 20degrees
The pool.was closed and that was the reason we booked. Really sucks when you expect an amenity and its not there.
