Pros:

Lovely area, nice property. It’s Banff so a pretty penny for a stay but good location, friendly staff, nice sauna and hot tub. It was clean

Good value
Pros:

It was good value for the price. Clean enough rooms, decent location. Nothing glamorous but good enough for a quick stop in jasper.

Cons:

They are obviously understaffed. There was a long line at check in, with only one desk and one guy handling everyone, while also having to deal with the phone calls at the same time.

Cons:

Es war vom Aufenthalt her sehr angenehm. Für große Leute über 1.90cm ist es im Bad schwierig, da der Duschkopf fest installiert ist.

It’s ok - can’t imagine paying more than we did. The cabinet and mirrors all need to be updated with fresh coat of stain

Not worth for the money we paid

Cons:

We paid a lot for the room per night since, we took the room with balcony but no free breakfast. We paid breakfast 30$ per person. And there’s not much choices of the food

Average and due for a major renovation.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, located on the main street where most other hotels were, although it was about a 15min walk into the main shopping/restaurant area.

Cons:

The room was tired, with furniture that was very scratched. The cupboard for clothes was very old. Very due for a renovation.
Additionally, there were trolleys of linen, cleaning trolleys and old food trays in the hallways at all times, It looked messy and didn't feel very good.

Pros:

Staff are friendly, hotel is well equipped. It's a little further out from town but still an easy 10-15min walk, and they gave us a free ROAM bus pass for 3 days. Kettle and mugs could have been a little cleaner but towels and linen and the rest were excellent. Great location for tour pick up and drop offs. Would stay again!
