Very pleasant...would return in a heartbeat.
Pros:

room w and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was nice ...shower was nice. Nice having parking. A little far, to walk to downtown, but not terrible. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

Tv/ cable could have had more selection. Toilet was too small.

Pretty nice, but I don't think I'll be visiting this hotel again because of the bad WiFi.
Pros:

I liked the polite staff and cleanliness.

Cons:

I didn't like that instead of a jacuzzi, it was just a pool of hot water and the internet was terribly terrible. I think you should consider upgrading the internet; I couldn't work better on my MacBook.

Generally an enjoyable stay but found the pillows extremely firm which affected our ability to have a comfortable sleep.

Pros:

The hot pool was the perfect way to start our mornings and relax after a long day out and about in Banff. Definitely the highlight of the hotel stay!

Cons:

The bed was hard, pillows were hard and blankets too thin. The tub was also extremely shallow making it an uncomfortable bath.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Pros:

The staff were great and very accommodating, the room was comfortable and spacious. Overall the room was great.

Cons:

The pricing for the breakfast seemed a bit steep for what was available. More variety would have made the price worth it. Also, the jets in the the hot pools were not working.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. I sleep well here.

Everything was good. The only small thing was the jets didn’t work in the hot tub.

Friendly staff in the hotel but room for improvement on some issues
Pros:

Location ok. Staff were great and extremely helpful-got a room upgrade which was nice. Ample car parking spaces.

Cons:

unfortunately they decided to close the spa on the Sunday our only full day we were there so a bit disappointing-breakfast expensive for what was available. No craft beer in the bar but the sommelier was knowledgeable on the wines
