Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit.
A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable.
Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited.

Pros:

I loved the overall atmosphere and the attention to details. The caribou theme works super well and the colours and finishes in room and public spaces are very warm and cozy. Everything is evocative of a chalet or cottage in the mountains despite the size of hotel.

Great Weekend Away
Pros:

Everything!!! Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious and the pillows are the best I thought that the price for two nights was reasonable given that it was a weekend and spring break.. The in house restaurant The Keg was amazing as well.

Cons:

The hot pool wasnt very warm this time and the jets were not working. The tvs are out dated and slow to load. Was disappointed that I couldnt log in to streaming services.

Amazing place to stay!!
Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons:

I would suggest to have stronger cups. They are very thin, toddler broke one by trying to drink out of it. Or maybe, have plastic or disposable options for families with young children.

Great stay at a clean, reliable and well appointed hotel.
Pros:

The Banff Caribou is always a favourite destination of my families. The hotel has a great fire place in the lobby, spa amenities are great (Red Earth Spa) and the Keg has a very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are always tidy and well maintained. The TVs are fairly old (we always bring an HDMI cable to watch movies). It is quiet in the evenings, not a lot of noise in the hallways but we always stay far away from the elevators.

Cons:

This last trip, the bed frame that we had was squeaky so it was a little noisy at night when I would roll over. Otherwise, it was great.

Excellent ski lodge with great transportation to downtown and ski resorts
Pros:

Sauna was great, free bus pass, parking included and two elevators :)

Cons:

Pillows were too high and no microwave in the room :(
