Having to trust if i booked my son a hotel through booking.com i could trust the room was avaiable once he arrived in Dallas tx we n his family are in Wisconsin myvson showed up un the cold rain luggage n tow left by uber just to talk in find out my booking through booking.com paid even had confirmation there was no rooms available had leave on foot in rain carri g luggages 5times no hotels had room aca6due to valentines twice got booked paid through booking.com no rooms in Dallas was a bailable had let stolen qsuiy ase w qsuit and a $1700 pair of LV shows 34-36 hours in the cold room no shelter no fokd o where to go bo cs.kly in tx thus was the most horrible scary time for me my son his dad and h I s brother this is unusable I've called corporate booking.com due to 3xs they did this Hampton n Hilton said id be refunded but no refu d yet

Nothing Kinothing Booking.com booked 14-18th paid online uber dropped ny son off w luggages in tow raining cold 1030pm to find no rooms available lost n a city w no hotels due to valentines for almost 34hours no family has his wallet stolen phone crashed trying to carry everything lost 1 suitcase included 1 suit and $1700 pair of LV shes toiletries no wallet no id or cards ri even get food almost got loitering charge for falling asleep at a gas store while trying to get out rain for a moment 4r5 uber charges to find no rooms no where yet this was the second booking the first was 13th- 18th both paid for online but no rooms i need a refund id all c Harges this is the most horrible event knowing me his dad n family are here in Wisconsin couldnt help him phone got lost or taken almost mugged 2xs so we dudnt even have contact w his after 24hrs this is mote thank just unsatisfactory this is unquestionable

There was ample parking for our boat and trailer and it was secured by fence.

Cons:

The rooms are very old and linens not great. The constant smell of someone smoking weed comes through the AC vents and at times smelled in hallways. Very dark and dreary.

The STAFF….it was a short Hispanic man who working night shift Monday March 23 he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL we weren’t able to get in our room he did nothing to help us! He made us go up & down to our room 6x to retry a key that wasn’t working at all this was my first time at this hotel I’ll NEVER GO BACK AGAIN ☹️

Great stay!
Pros:

Great stay! We came to town for a redwing/stars game and stayed here. The hotel is fenced and secure which I liked. The pool was outdoor but seeing how its march wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast. But the staff, the staff made the stay! Everyone was friendly! The only issue we had was our neighbors right above us were loud at 2:30 in the morning and woke us up. Definitely not the hotels fault though. We will definitely stay here again!
