Positive Hotel Experience
Pros:

Antwane, shuttle driver, at Spark by Hilton Dallas Market Center was superb! He made sure to get us to the hospital everyday to see our loved one. He was always very positive with us during a very difficult time. Thanks!:)

Bra när jag fick byta rum med fönster som ej var mot motorvägen
Pros:

Trevlig personal. Välstädat. Helt ok gym. Transfer till DMC.

Cons:

Motorvägen utanför.. och väldigt tunna fönster. inte så trevligt område. Inga våfflor på frukosten.

Proximity to where I needed to be and the 1st two nights the property was gated, felt my vehicle was secure

Cons:

The coffee!! The regular coffee was awful on all 3 mornings. Tasted like 10 gallons of water were added to a pot of coffee. Please do better.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba rico, siento que le falta un poco más de variedad, pero en general estaba bien.

Cons:

Que se escucha mucho ruido de la gente que pasa por los pasillos, cada que cierran una puerta, caminan o van hablando se escucha todo y es un poco incomodo, más si es tarde por la noche o temprano por la mañana. Y el elevador esta muuuy lento.

Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly and the room was clean and neat. It was cold and the heat worked perfectly! Antwane was really helpful and the price of the room was great!

Good location Dallas
Pros:

This location is directly in front of the World Trade Center. It's a really good spot. I loved that they have a secure parking space with a fence to prevent unauthorized access to the property.

We love Antwane
Pros:

The best part of staying at spark for our trip to the Dallas market was getting greeted and chauffeured by Antwane! He was so friendly and did his best to get us where we needed to go each day with a smile on his face.

The stay was perfect.
Pros:

The shuttle driver—Antwan really started my stay off fantastic. He was so personable and kind. The front desk manager—Ahbi continued that excellent costumer service, going above and beyond with anything I needed. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Overall great place!

Felt like I received what I paid for !
Pros:

Was going to UTSW Hospital so location was good. Room very clean. Allowed me a late checkout as my Doctors appointment wasn’t until 1630. Thanks
