Great experience
Pros:

Great hotel. Clean room, decent breakfast, nice staff. Was a little more expensive cause of the state fair but overall not bad. Location was weird but wasnt terrible.

Cons:

There wasn't much i didnt like.

Decent stay close to the airport.
Pros:

I liked that the location was close to the airport. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Check-in was easy, although we had to wait a little while to get through the gate. The beds were cozy, and the room was spacious. It also had nice shelves for storage.

Cons:

The hotel looked a bit outdated, and there was a funky smell in the lobby and in the elevator.

Pros:

We loved the dead body on the stretcher rolling down the hallway. Felt really safe. The staff didn't seem to be phased one bit. Perhaps this is a common occurrence.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Gate around the building. Breakfast. And people who work there.

Cons:

Water pressure is very weak. You can hear everything in the holidays and rooms around. The facing road room’s window does close to nothing to mute the road, feels like you are slipping in the middle of the road.

Nice stay besides building reeking of cigarettes

The gate going in and out, the breakfast was good, the staff were excellent, the room was clean

Smelled strongly of cigarettes, when checking in staff late at night was smoking in the front. Halls smelled strongly of cigarettes

Awful just awful. Pretty much a ghetto place.

Proximity to Dallas Love field

Cons:

Old property. Something in the room #126 made my wife sick. Probably some type of mold. Had to cancel the remainder of our trip to Vegas. People up and down the hallways all night long and extremely loud. Absolutely will not return here!

This will be my go to hotel when I stay overnight in Dallas!
Pros:

The area it is in is a little sketchy but the hotel is fenced in with a security gate that can only be accessed by guests with a room key. I felt perfectly safe walking my dog around the property, even in the dark! It was well lit all the way around. The whole place was clean, comfortable and quiet. I travel through Dallas for work and often stay overnight. I will definitely stay here again!
