Literal drug deals taking place in nextdoor room. I used the key fob to lock my vehicle and the guy immediately opened his door thinking he had another customer. I watched him complete several parking lot transactions while waiting for my dog to pee. The facility is fine. Front desk manager is awesome. But the clientele...not so much.
Service is limited
The staff was very nice during check in and when I asked if I could stay a few more hours after the checkout time, they were very polite in being able to accommodate that
This is a nice place to stay, room was clean and spacious. Only down side was No ice machine. Definitely would recommend this property.
Road construction directly in front of property was incredibly loud. Property appears to have been recently remodeled and is in decent shape. Lots of shady people hanging around, though.
large room and full size refrigerator... clean and fresh
Our stay was okay. We had asked for early check in, and never received that which was disappointing to say the least, and it was challenging to get service at the front desk and seemingly no one was tending to the phone even during office hours. The parking lot area was kind of dirty-seemed like there was some homeless people living near the dumpsters. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of what was going on around you, especially doors slamming. Our shower was broken so getting hot water was challenging. Even though it had a kitchen there was not pots/pans/ or anything at all in there so we couldn’t use the kitchen at all unfortunately, unless we would have packed our own kitchen supplies-which wouldn’t have been feasible.
Takes too long to receive my money back it should be available within 24 hours banks say they dont hold it. They need a credit card processor and bank that returns the money faster. No bed bugs or roaches in the room i stayed in.
This hotel is fine, but I had 2 issues: I had a heck of a time connecting to the WIFI and secondly, there was a small dog in a room next to mine. It barked for hours. I eventually fell asleep but I was not very fresh when I woke up. I had a pickleball competition in the morning. Needless to say that I did not do very well.
I would never gonna make another reservation at these hotel.. they said they canceles and i was there already.. with my kids.. couldnt find another that night and i had to stay on my car
Despite pre-paying my stay, the remainder of my stay was cancelled. The room got booked again, so the property got paid double for the room. They said that I would need to contact the third party site for a refund, but when I tried calling the property multiple times to get the approval for my refund, they never answered there phone making it impossible for me to get a refund.
Decent hotel
first the hotel is in the worse area of Tucson. scary area and ghetto. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though there's no smoking. there was trash left outside the room and around the hotel. a crazy person came to the hotel at 1 am screaming looking for someone, it woke everyone up. but the hotel didn't have security to put a stop to it. expensive for the conditions
This hotel is very basic. Nothing fancy. I am a missionary, so I am used to staying in this type of hotel. It was nice having the kitchenette. Downside, NO kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc. Went to Dollar store to buy disposable items to use.
It was a very good deal for what the room came with. They have little kitchens, a microwave, a full size refrigerator, a stove top, sink, and cabinet space. We paid 50 bucks/ night which for five dollars more, we stayed at motel 6 at 1010 S freeway and w didn't get a fridge or a microwave even so definitely was a damn good deal. The only downside or dislike i had in the slightest was that we were put right next to the office, like shared a wall with the office lol. Although we stick to ourselves and aren't worried about getting caught up, it was still a little frustrating to be right there. All in all though, great experience
Not good. Bad costumer service. The hotel has a super 8 motel 6 feeling but with horrible costumer service. Room didn’t feel like they were disaffected and with this covid. That’s important, we left and got another hotel. That’s how bad it was
Close to I 10. It made commuting to Sierra Vista and Marana easy.
Very very dirty and old. Pretty gross to be honest.
Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Decided to throw me out 3 days early when I pre-paid for 5 nights. Disgusting place, disgusting clientele and the BIG, OBESE Manager needs to learn a few things about customer service. Still waiting on my $100 deposit since I went back and cleaned the filthy place impeccably in order to get some money back....
Trashy place not a kid friendly environment
