Pros:

掃除は多分きれいにされている。
エアコンも新しく日本製のもので暖かかった。

Cons:

とにかく古くて、臭いが少しする。　最初に地上フロアでモーテルのような暗く古くい部屋を与えられた。夫婦揃ってがっかり。こんなホテルに泊まりたくないというような部屋だった。2つ並ぶ同じお揃いのライトが一つは白色系、一つは暖色系とチグハグでまたびっくり。予約時の写真と見比べると、あるべきところに窓もなくバスルームの位置も異なっていたので、クレームをして部屋の変更を依頼した。2階の部屋に変えてもらえたが、私達2人のどちらかが歩くと床が軋み古さを感じた。隣の部屋がシャワーなど使用していると音がするなど、夫婦共に全くリラックスしたステイができなかった。　更に驚いた事に、夕方に到着時のフロントの方が、チェックアウトの時も疲れた感じでまだ頑張っていたのには驚いた。
機会があってももう2度と使う気持ちにはなれない。朝食は、セレクションは少ない。

Locatie vlakbij centrum. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Ondanks dat ik betaald had aan booking en daar al mijn gegevens bekend zijn, wil het hotel je creditcard gegevens voor het geval je schade aanbrengt. Zeer klantonvriendelijk en wekt bij mij juist geen vertrouwen. Ook doen ze zich sjieker voor dan dat het is. Kom dus ook niet terug.

Great stay - fabulous room, great Italian restaurant up the road.

Good value, well managed and friendly
Pros:

This hotel hasn’t had a refurb for some time but we enjoyed our stay. It’s well run by a friendly Filipino family. The room was spacious, and the restaurant was of a good standard. The location near Merivale is a bonus.
