Beautiful place to stay while in Christchurch you won’t be disappointed
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. The size of the rooms are very generous and it’s a nice mix of modern and old. This place exceeded expectations and would highly recommend staying here.

More than a place to lay your head, comfortable rooms to relax after a long day.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, and nicely furnished, so are nice to relax in.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and I noticed they spoke a variety of languages, so that makes a variety of people feel welcome.
I'd returned as a personal customer after I stayed for work a few months ago and was not disappointed.

Cons:

The restaurant - it was curry night but the food was barely warm, (the paneer in one curry was actually still cold) and the curry was extremely mild with nothing offered to beef up the spice a bit. If the staff are going to encourage people to use the restaurant then the food has to live up to the recommendation. It really did not. Very disappointing.

Pros:

Large rooms, very clean, great location and wonderful staff.

Cons:

No cooking facilities ie microwave etc. No big deal but it was a pain after a long drive and not wanting to go out to dinner. Room service was sub par and expensive.

We loved the proximity to the bus stops right outside the Cotswold hotel

Cons:

Vqqery dated room, but amenities all there..
Swimming pool wasn't cleaned or vacuumed while we stayed...such a great asset sorry to see wasn't maintained to a higher standard1

What a great fins
Pros:

An amazing place to stay, quality rooms, friendly staff, free carparking and restaurant on site. Very clean and comfy bed and good location. Wish we had longer, next time …. Definitely recommend

Charming hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with all the conveniences one could wish for: quiet surroundings, a great restaurant, walking distance to downtown and historic Hagley park. Great for joggers and golfers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in a breeze. Highly recommended.
