Pros:

We arrived for the breakfast (paid with our room) but they had closed the Buffett early and when asked would not refund our additional charge for the meal :(

A sleepless and disturbing night
Cons:

The room had no wall. It faced the parking lot with large windows only. Absolutely no privacy. Cars parked right in front of the windows were coming and going until late at night, with the car lights shining into the room, car doors opening and closing , people coming in and out. All this right in front of the room, making sleeping impossible.

Pros:

Out of the city in convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good dinner.

Cons:

Very old worn furniture. No bedside table on one side. Red floor and counter tops. Not really 4 star.

More than a place to lay your head, comfortable rooms to relax after a long day.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, and nicely furnished, so are nice to relax in.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and I noticed they spoke a variety of languages, so that makes a variety of people feel welcome.
I'd returned as a personal customer after I stayed for work a few months ago and was not disappointed.

Cons:

The restaurant - it was curry night but the food was barely warm, (the paneer in one curry was actually still cold) and the curry was extremely mild with nothing offered to beef up the spice a bit. If the staff are going to encourage people to use the restaurant then the food has to live up to the recommendation. It really did not. Very disappointing.
