Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great hot tub and pool. Breakfast was wonderful, nice selection and switched up each day.

Pros:

Coffee was good breakfast was ok but junk food. Staff was exceptional. Robert was present in the evening and he was professional, interested in us having a good stay and appeared genuine.

Cons:

The blackout curtains did not cover the window. A creepy lack of privacy . I pinned them together.

Pros:

Second morning I was there the breakfast was so horrible and the lady serving the food was so rude and with a horrible attitude. Maid was so lazy did not clean the room and didn't give us not even a towel. No good experience, not coming back to this hotel.

Breakfast was fine. Miss the waffle station though.

The shower door was broke on one side and the rug was dirty.

Great stay!
Pros:

The breakfast and closeness to the beach. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and professional.

Cons:

The loud ac and the noise level with guest on the main floor. The breakfast area could have been bigger.

The breakfast was good quite a few items for a free breakfast! The coffee was good!The room and facilities were very clean and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful!

The room was humid even with their fan in the room. The window did not have a screen on it. The hotel is older. Do your research before you stay here. located off the freeway

Enjoyed my stay with IHG of Carlsbad
Pros:

It is a great location and staff were friendly. Clean facilities for the most part. Nice breakfast offerings too.

Cons:

Wish the beds were more comfortable, they were very firm mattresses. I was surprised at some of the rust happening in the bathroom too, especially considering all else was in good repair.

Pros:

I absolutely loved how helpful the front desk was upon arriving and checking in. And the convenient breakfast of course is always a great easy way to start the morning on any trip! And they had all the yummy stuff so the kids to munch on

Cons:

Was told I'd be given at late 2pm check out and came back to our room at 1135 to it being cleared out and our stuff thrown away. Luckily we got most of it back, minus a few Legos
