It was a nice stay but the place needs a little care and tending to.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was comfy. Close to attractions. Room had everything we needed.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Appliances didnt work and had to be replaced. Pictures on wall are crooked. Headboards have hand prints and smears from previous people. Curtain missing.

Not happy with our room and service.
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Close to the beach and they have a Benihana right across the parking lot. We walked across foe dinner and watched the baseball game.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we had an issue and no one seemed to care about it. I called the front desk and the manager was supposed to call me back and I’m still waiting 2 days later.

Clean lobby, breakfast and heated pool are the only good things about this place

Great location and friendly staff. Clean lobby and great breakfast

Cons:

hallways for the rooms were dirty. My room was not cleaned had to have housekeeping come and clean my room. When I turned on the heater the room started smoking and the fire alarm went off twice could not use the heater. Told older male staff at the front desk and he did not care did not even make a note about it.

Good location.

Cons:

This was a well used Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed in many HIE all through the US and I would rate the quality of this one in the lower category. Rooms were heavily used, carpet showed that. Felt marginally clean.
