A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, os quartos Villa são fantásticos, amplos, equipados, com uma varanda excelente e destaque para o terraço na parte superior do quarto, que permite um vista dupla incrível: das Cordilheiras de um lado e das parreiras do outro, permitindo ainda ter vista do nascer do Sol e por Sol, como do nascer da Lua e por da Lua no mesmo terraço. O café da manhã no restaurante 7 Fuegos também é excelente com ótima vista e a academia super funcional nos meio das parreiras.
Achei que pelo valor o hotel esta precisando de uma manutenção, e treinamento para os funcionários. Tudo muitooo demorado. Comida ok e concierge bem fraco. Alem da demora na resposta pelo porte do hotel aparentemente tem baixa influência. Foi legal conhecer o hotel, mas não preciso voltar. Ficaria em hotéis menores, mais charmosos e que o serviço seja melhor. Nao tivemos nenhuma situação ruim no atendimento mas nada nos surpreendeu

Caro demais para o fraco atendimento. Saimos cedo e voltamos de tarde apos o almoço e esqueceram de arrumar nosso apartamento. Hotel longe, dificil acesso, poucas opçoes de coisas ao redor e nao é nada de especial pelo preço absurdo que cobra. O restaurante tem comida boa mas deixa a desejar perto de outros do mesmo chef.
The location is amazing! The property is lovely. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! We also enjoyed the bikes to ride around the property. Nice wine tasting too. The views are just the best!
Unfortunately, our villa wreaked of stale smoke from fireplace backdraft. It was overwhelming. While really a lovely property with a great restaurant, I am not sure it is worth the high pricetag.
