Parisian Hotel South Beach

Is a good located option if you are in a tight budget, no luxuries or elevator but a good bed, and toilet.
If you are noise sensitive consider you will listen to the person when walking through the corridor.

Great stay and best bang for your buck, very nice staff and you get everything you need, all in all recommend time and time again

This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Everything from booking price, billing, room condition, and customer service was unacceptable.

The billing was misleading and felt like cheating—the final charge did not match what was booked.

The room was dirty, stinky, and poorly maintained:
• Broken bathtub
• Clogged toilet that would not flush
• Strong bad smell throughout the room
• Clearly not cleaned or inspected

To make things worse, the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to our complaints and completely ignored us. No effort was made to fix anything.

This place is not worth the money or stress.

Decent hotel for price and area. Appears clean and safe. Friendly staff. There is $50 deposit but it was refunded so no worries.

The room was great, and had wooden floors. The bed and pillows were great 👍

people need to be aware that this is the cheapest place in south beach,you want extra then pay for extra at a different hotel.dont expect 5 * and not pay five star.
As long as the place is clean that's all I'm bothered about.

I normally book boutique/luxury hotels when traveling, but for the reason I needed this hotel in Miami during the most sold-out week of the year (Art week) when hotel rates are 5x their usual, this hotel did the trick: Location and essential amenities were fundamental. I needed a hotel in the most central location to be able to pop in and out of frequently. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom fully functioning, the air-condition was perfect. I already know Miami hotels can have thin walls - my room was actually very quiet throughout the week at night… I brought earplugs just to be safe and although I wore them while sleeping just in case, they were not needed at all. Great location. 🙏🏻

We booked this property through Airbnb to arrive on Saturday February 26, 2022. We were driving to Houston (3.5 hours from us) for the flight early Saturday morning. Friday morning I check my email only to find out this place cancelled my booking due to "flooding". I was very suspicious of this reason. There were bad reviews all over for this place but it was the only thing I could find on Miami Beach for our trip. I tried emailing the hotel through Airbnb with no response. I tried calling but no answer. We I was left with a very few short hours to find another hotel. I could not find anything in South Beach and had to stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The day we arrived at the Miami Airport (Saturday) I drove straight to the hotel and walked through the entire property and there was NO water damage or work or closed off areas. It was business as usual. I guess it was a blessing we didn't stay there due to all the horrible reviews. However, this place left me stressed to the max with their lies. I did not head the warning of other reviews but please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! I did file a complaint with Airbnb and will file with the BBB.

For the amount the room cost , the room had bugs , outdated furniture, and a bad smell.

The hotel is an old fashioned building but in the middle of Everything. The weeklong stay was great since the staff was always there with a smile and an answer to my questions.

It is not like 5-star hotels but the room was cleam. Location is perfect and it is very close to beach.

The room was disgusting holes in walls, stains on ceilings, mold in the bathroom. the elevator was out of order. There was a person sleeping in the lobby.

The white guy who works at the front desk is really nice! However, when we first arrived, we had a working TV but after staying out all day when we returned a staff person switched out our TV and put a Tv that didn't work in our room and when we called the front desk "George" came up to our room and acted like he didn't know what happened and told us it wasn't nothing he can do about it.

Nothing at all no towels no cleaning service no microwave room didn’t have nothing that’s listed on their site.

This is the nastiest place I’ve stayed ever:
No hot water.
Dirty , dirty , dirty.
Beds are terrible, room is terrible, bathroom terrible, no central AC. Small small tv.
Better used as a homeless shelter than a hotel at south beach.

They had people in line for an hour. One person working even with a line like that on that evening. Not great for getting belongings back either
