Great location, helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff, we were able to store our luggage before check-in, the room looked just like in the picture, great value-for-price.

Cons:

The vertical shower head was broken and couldn’t be used but hopefully it will be fixed.

The location.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. Cleanliness was a major issue — there was hair on the bed sheets, even underneath them, and also in the bathroom, there’s mold on the bathroom ceiling , all these things make it unacceptable.
It’s a shame I didn’t take photos because I thought booking don’t accept them in reviews.

Communication with the host was poor. I reached out for booking a taxi and never received a reply.

Another downside is the lack of proper window insulation. Since the property is in a central location, the city noise is very noticeable and makes it hard to rest.

The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the other issues. I would give my money elsewhere.

Pros:

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία. Το διαμέρισμα έχει πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση, καινούργιες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και το ανσανσερ ανοίγει απευθείας μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Ηταν πολύ ασφαλές αφού το κουμπί στο ανσανσερ λειτουργούσε μόνο με κλειδί.

Cons:

Η μία από τις τουαλέτες δεν λειτουργούσε καθόλου, στη δεύτερη το κάθισμα ήταν χαλασμένο, και στις δύο τουαλέτες η πόρτα από μέσα δεν άνοιγε (έλειπε το χερούλι). Στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν υπήρχαν κουρτίνες και το εξωτερικό σκίαστρο ήταν χαλασμένο με αποτέλεσμα να σε βλέπει ο απέναντι αλλά και να μπαίνει το φως του ήλιου από νωρίς το πρωί. Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση, υπήρχε έντονος θόρυβος από τις καφετέριες κάτω και τον δρόμο σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς το βράδυ. Επίσης 3 - 4 φορές μέσα στη νύχτα ακουγόταν η ανακύκλωση γυάλινων συσκευασιών και γυαλιά που σπάνε.

Unfortunately not a good/comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was great. The room had also a very generous terrace/Balcony (although without great views but it was not an issue). Easy access (automated)

Cons:

The room had absolutely no closets or space for suitcases and clothes. Just 2 hangers behind the door. Bad pushed against the wall to fit in the room. Mattress was uncomfortable. The shower head was dirty and the worst parte was that the bathroom door wouldn´t close. We had to get a one of our bags with us and push it against the door from the inside in order to keep it shut while using the bathroom

Staying in this apartment feels like coming home.
Pros:

The guest room was spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for families; it felt like coming home. The host was also very kind; they didn't give us any trouble when we delayed our check-out a little.

Cons:

The apartment faces the street, and there's a bar downstairs that plays loud music until midnight. Some facilities haven't been repaired promptly, such as a displaced toilet seat and a fallen curtain. It would be better if more tableware was provided.

Μια οικονομική επιλογή για ολιγοήμερη εκδρομή στο κέντρο της Αθήνας

*Σαν παροχή αναφέρει εστίες οι οποίες δεν υπήρχαν
*Δεν υπήρχε χαρτί κουζίνας ούτε ένα σφουγγάρι να πλύνουμε τα πιάτα
*Υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία λόγω έλλειψης μόνωσης
*Δεν υπήρχε καπάκι στην μπανιέρα

Sei in pieno centro di Atene, buona soluzione
Pros:

Check in molto pratico , noi siamo arrivati a notte fonda e tramite le info che arrivano 24 ore prima fai tutto da solo fino a prendere la chiave della camera . Bagno e doccia grande , c’è il terrazzo ma si vede il palazzo di fronte non l’acropoli peccato .

Cons:

La camera è particolarmente piccola ed ha angoli particolari , il letto alla francese manca un angolo per permettere il passaggio al terrazzo ( camera 303 ) . Comunque letto comodo
