Fabulous stay - great accomodation, food, service and location.
Pros:

A lovely family-run boutique hotel! As a solo traveler, I found the staff to be outstanding—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Despite being a smaller property, the facilities are top-tier, featuring two spa areas, pretty basic gym and an outdoor heated pool. The dining experience was a highlight; for a boutique hotel, the breakfast offered a great variety and also excellent off-the-menu options.

The location is unbeatable—just 100m from the ticket office and the main gondola up to the Mayrhofen ski area. I found it to be excellent value for money and I would definitely return

Uitstekende ligging valk bij de Penkenbahn. Mooi grotendeels gemoderniseerd hotel, met uitstekende wellness, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en restaurant van goede kwaliteit met mooie wijnkaart/wijnkelder

Prachtig hotel , dicht bij de skilift en op 5 min wandelen van het bruisende centrum
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, locatie t.o skilift, het verwarmd zwembad , lekker ontbijt en de speciale gerechten van de kok

Cons:

Wel jammer dat er bij het namiddag dessert geen koffie of thee te verkrijgen was ( enkel betalend)

Excellent all round with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent and extensive buffet breakfast options, including an Egg menu for fresh cooked eggs the way you want them.

Fine dining with a new menu every night, with Appetiser, Soup, Main, and Dessert.
Chef will swap out menu options as required (e.g. You may not like Pork, or Duck, or course option for the night. Replacement options were always excellent.

Five minutes walk from the Penkenbahn Gondola, where is also the Brundl Ski shop for all your skiing needs.

Two Spa areas, catering for the normal European nude sauna (Green Spa) as well as the Textil Spa for those preferring to wear swimmers.

Roomy and convenient Ski room with heated boot warmers and Ski/Stock racks.

Free selection of cakes every day from 3pm next to extensive bar and wine safe.

Very luxurious feel to the whole place.

Cons:

We had a top floor room and it was very hot.

While the fine dining menu was interesting, for the snow we’re used to access to ‘hearty’ food.

A nice hotel absolutely perfectly located for skiing
Pros:

An absolutely perfect location right at the bottom station of the cable lift to a great ski resort Penken. Very close to the town center but located on a quiet side street
Very spacious suite with a large balcony and a breathtaking view
Helpful staff gave us useful local tips

Cons:

Overall our stay was great so just two minor subjective points:
We expected a doublebed in the suite, but there were two single beds put together instead - still pretty comfortable ones so we had no reason to complain
We felt that the quality of the egg meals at breakfast could be better - but the choice of other meals was wide enough to compensate for that

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer ( Suite)war gigantisch. Wellnessbereich und Pool sehr schön mit viel Platz. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Vor allem frisch zubereitete. Eierspeisen zum Frühstück. 4 Gänge Abendessen ist auch zum empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder.
