Radi sa sem vraciame.
Pros:

Výborná poloha v tichej uličke pri Václaváku, príjemná recepcia- vždy ochotná a usmiata. Vraciame sa práve sem pravidelne, všetko je blízko. Izby sú vždy čisté, voňavé, ponúkajú bohaté raňajky! Odporúčam.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and despite some of the neighbouring establishments we felt safe and were not disturbed.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and the free morning coffee everyday was a nice touch. We had breakfast included but on had it once during our 4 night stay, we found it to be very good with a lot of choice, it was just too much food in the morning. Has we realised the hotel had a free coffee machine, we might not have paid extra to include breakfast.

Our room 103 was cosy and suited our needs for our stay. We slept very well and found the room to be very clean.

We would have given this hotel 5 stars if the bar had a bit more atmosphere, whilst they showed some of the World Cup they didn’t show the 3am England Game, we felt as reception was 24 hours it might have been nice for them to show it.

All in all we would stay here again

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room itself was a reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. The room was also very quiet, with good sound insulation, so we couldn't hear the neighbors or any noise from outside. Overall, the stay was pleasant enough.

Cons:

The room was not as spacious or luxurious as it appeared in the photos. The bathroom was very small and cramped, with an impractical bathtub instead of a shower. The toilet was squeezed right next to the bathtub, making it uncomfortable to use. The balcony could have been cleaner, as there were weeds growing around it and cigarette buds left behind. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food.

Pros:

Poloha hotelu, chutná snídaně, papuče na pokoji k dispozici. Voda v lahvích na pokoji. Lednička, konvice, čaj, káva. Náš pokoj byl připraven dříve než oficiální check-in. Jen jedna přikrývka na postel, ale na požádání jsme dostali další. Ochotný a usměvavý personál.

Cons:

Příliš měkké matrace, hodně tvrdé polštáře, jen jedna židle na pokoji, dveře do koupelny se daly zavřít jen silným třísknutím, takže v noci vzbudíte ostatní. Mýdlo, které bylo k dispozici, dost silně kysele páchlo. Velká hlavice sprchy, která fungovala

jen pod silným proudem vody, takže voda natekla mimo vanu.

Practical stay in Prague

Great hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel with very nice staff
I love that there. Was 2 bottles of water every day in the room. Only thing I could ask for was that they had put them in the fridge. :)
Also nice breakfast with a lot of different food to choose from.
When it started pouring rain they also had umbrellas that we could borrow.
I would stay there anytime again of I sent back to Prague.

Great central location and friendly staff
Pros:

Travelled to Prague with my daughter for a 2 night stay at K+K Fenix. The hotel is in a great central location just off Wenceslas square, we were able to walk everywhere without using the Metro at all (apart from travelling to and from the airport). The staff were friendly and helpful and we were given a room upgrade upon check in. The room was clean and very spacious with kettle, coffee machine and bottle water provided. We overlooked the main street but the windows are soundproofed so couldnt hear any noise from outside. Beds were comfy and the curtains kept the room dark at night. The aircon worked well which was great as it was very warm out.
Breakfast selection was fine for our needs, there is a bit of everything and nice fresh criossants. Only downside is that the coffee machine didnt heat the coffee too well, it wasnt hot enough. We travelled during the week so the hotel was quiet but I imagine when it's full, the breakfast room would be busy as it is quite small.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at K+K Fenix and would recommend the hotel to friends.
