A good value hotel well placed
Pros:

This hotel serves an English breakfast which is reasonable. Hotel staff Daniel and Piyush and the ladies behind the desk went out of their way to help me. Bedroom was comfortable with a bath! Daily water provided as well as tea and coffee. The area looks a bit dodgy with strip clubs but it seemed very very safe. Turn left from hotel and then cross the road Zitna to parallel road , you get to main tram part with 22 which takes you right up the huge hill to castle. It also goes to Charles Bridge. Over 70s free with ID on all public transport. Turn right out of hotel then left takes you down to old town. Turn right from hotel then right takes you to Museum metro where they run every 2 mins! So many restaurants too. Reception gives you a map. Very good stay.

Centralt och perfekt läge
Pros:

Läget centralt med gångavstånd till allt. Skön säng och hyfsad frukost. Stora handdukar och balkongen på vårt rum var toppen.

Cons:

Skulle finnas parkering, men den gick inte att förboka. Dock visade det sig att det fanns restriktioner på höjden på bilen med max 1,25 höjd. Fanns parkeringsgarage hyfsat nära, men som kostade 500 kr/dygn. Vi hade myror i vår säng, dock snälla, som inte bet oss. Personalen sprayade rummet med något medel, men morgonen därpå var de tillbaka igen.

Pros:

Hotell med faciliteter till belåtenhet. P-möjlighet men trångt utrymme. Parkera din bil helt enligt anvisningar så alla kommer ur sin bil.

Cons:

Hotellets läge fick sämre betyg. Vi tyckte det låg för nära stor och stökig gata.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel est très gentil, l’hôtel est très bien placé, c’est propre et moderne

Cons:

La chambre pour Personne a mobilité réduite est quand même un peu petite pour un fauteuil un peu plus gros, ça va être compliqué. Pour mon cas ça allait quand même ça a fait l’affaire.

Birthday Visit to Prague
Pros:

This was our second visit to K + K Fenix Hotel and it didn't disappoint again. It is ideally situated just off of Wencelas Square. It is a ten minute walk to Old Town Square and a further five minutes to the River Vlatava. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and we sent a email before we travelled requesting our friends to be situated in a nearby room, which was done for us. We would like to mention Oksana and Wella on reception who answered all of our questions and the Egyptian barman who looked after us in the evenings. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to K + K Fenix if visiting Prague.

Lần đầu chúng tôi đặt phòng Superior, căn phòng rất rộng rãi và sạch đẹp đầy, đủ tiện nghi. Phòng có cả giường cho trẻ em. Nhưng lần thứ 2, chỉ còn phòng Classic với giá tiền đắt hơn. Tủ lạnh trong phòng có vẻ sắp hỏng, nó không được lạnh và bị chảy nước. Không có túi rác và hơi ít giấy vệ sinh. Bữa sáng nên thay đổi món để tránh sự nhàm chán về đồ ăn.
