Pros:

ik had een fotocamera laten liggen op de kamer. helaas kwam ik daar pas achter toe ik thuis was. de hotel receptie heeft mij super geholpen met inpakken en begeleiden van DHL. Er was wat miscommunicatie wat er blijkbaar wel / niet nog in de tas mee mocht .{ batterijen } etc maar door vakkundig handelen van de frontdesk is alles goed gekomen

Cons:

parkeren is prima maar ik had een grote auto { v-klasse mercedes en die past niet in hun eigen garage . Maar verderop hotel is een voorziening dus dat kwam ook weer goed.

Beliggenheten var sentral.

Cons:

Mye lavere standard enn forventet. Skjønner ikke hva som gjør det til 4-stjernes. Slitt. Ganske kjedelig / slapp frokost. Det stinket kjemikalier på rommet mitt når jeg kom, og jeg fikk ikke hjelpen jeg trengte fra personalet angående dette. Fant ut etterhvert at det mest sannsynlig var fra Tepperens

Lovely cosy and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

A clean and cosy hotel, not ultra glamorous but with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds, good sized, quiet room (facing into a courtyard). The staff were very pleasant and professional. Location is great, 20 minutes walk to the main train station.

Cons:

The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t great, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Nothing else otherwise.

Pros:

Great location near the Vaclavske namesti and metro stations. Stayed in this hotel on two occassions and got an upgrade on one, which was very lovely. The room had a a very dirty carpet though, which was quite unexpected. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It would be great if there were more tv channels in English, not just news. More fruit and healthier cereals for breakfaat would be nice too.
