Lovely hotel well situated for all of the sights in Prague. Very clean with service every day if you wanted this. The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of choice for everyone. Staff very friendly and we ordered taxi service which was very good as well. If we return to Prague we will definitely stay here again.
When we were checking in the very nice receptionist informed us that we were being upgraded to a room with a terrace. We did not ask for/expect this at all and we were delighted. The room was really clean, with a plenty of space to hang up clothes and the bathroom was really nice - the water pressure in the shower was great and the water temperature was really easy to adjust (not something you usually get). The terrace itself was massive but, for us, didn't add anything to our experience. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice and good quality. Location was right next to the two subway stations that connect the different lines, so really easy getting around the city and to/from the airport.
Contarary to the description in Booking.com, this hotel does not have any functioning aircon. There is aircon in the room, but it only blows hot air and is used as a heater. We were advised by reception that this system cannot be corrected and that they did not have a fan they could offer. The day we arrived it was around 20c and the room was hot - we had to leave the windows open all night but the room was still a little hot. The next two nights were cooler and we slept better. I just can't imagine staying here in the summer and I really think they either need to fix the aircon situation or, at a minmium, they need a supply of fans they can offer guests.
If the hotel had aircon I would have given the place a 10 - I've knocked a couple of points off for this.
The terrace we were given was at the front of the property and was overlooked. This made it pretty much unusable. It's only real function would have benfitted a smoker or vaper who needed somewhere to go for a smoke.

My friend and I have just returned from our trip to Prague. We stayed at the K + K Fenix Hotel for 3 nights. I could not fault this hotel at all. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by amazing staff who will go above and beyond, if you have any questions they are happy to answer. The room was clean upon arrival and was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day. If you are looking for a central hotel in Prague the K + K Fenix hotel has everything you will require.

Location was amazing and the hotel is really nice. Room was available soon as we arrived which was only 11:30am! Staff were lovely and breakfast was nice - very calm atmosphere in the hotel and excellent value for money. We will be back!
Schönes, sauberes und sehr zentrales Hotel, mitten in der Altstadt. Perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, das ganze Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber & gut duftend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat von allem etwas und war sehr lecker. Wir würden es auf jedenfall wieder buchen.
Das "Fitness" ist etwas minimalistisch. Es ist ein Raum mit einer einzigen Maschine und einer Bank mit Hanteln.
In manchen Ecken sieht man dem Hotel das alter etwas an. Zb im Badezimmer an der Decke hatte es bereits Risse und das Bad könnte evtl mal renoviert werden.. Jedoch nichts tragisches. Für Familien evtl wichtig; in der selben Strasse sind 3 Striplocale/Bordelle (man sieht nichts/niemanden ausser die Schilder/ Plakate. Es ist trotzdem ruhig und man fühlt sich keineswegs unwohl - aber falls das für jemanden ein Kriterium ist)..
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the city center and major landmarks such as Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock (Orloj), the Town Hall Square, and the Old Town Square.
The breakfast was outstanding and very generous. Everything was carefully prepared, from fresh pastries to scrambled eggs, with a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts. There was high-quality coffee, sparkling wine, soft drinks, and an abundant supply of everything.
The room was bright, clean, and equipped with standard hotel amenities, including a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was also clean, with pleasant shower gel and soft towels.
The hotel itself is nicely renovated, featuring a bar and a lounge area. Parking was available, and there was also the option for electric vehicle charging.
Pets are allowed and can be taken into the room, which is a great advantage. However, it was not clearly indicated in advance how much the pet fee would be, and this was unfortunately our only negative experience.
