Fantastic hotel, I would stay there again if I do visit Prague again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, as it was a few minutes walk from the metro. The hotel was very clean, quiet and had a sauna, and a small gym. A huge plus was the filtered water station, which provided cold still and carbonate water and glass bottles.
Kindly given a room upgrade.

Cons:

Nothing...just that my stay was so short!

Rollstuhlfahrer, Hunde, Kind und Co waren alle zufrieden
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal; sehr gutes Frühstück; Top Lage; Für uns war es wichtig, dass die Zimmer rollstuhlgerecht sind und dass Hunde erlaubt sind. Mit dem Rollstuhl sowie mit Hunden hat alles super geklappt.

Cons:

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

My 8 nights stay at K+K Fenix
Pros:

. The room space, location, and the staff specially Tarek. He was so helpful and very nice to me

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was too slow and weak unfortunately. Also, and the most important part, the mattress was too old and overused where in the middle was lower than the sides and during sleeping it's not comfortable.

Pros:

Wifi should be accessible only with the code, not a free public wifi style so anyone outside the hotel can get in! if I do the work on my laptop and using my private information I would like secure wifi accessible only by guests in the hotel

Wir hatten einen riesigen Balkon. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablage im Bad.
Einmal war nachts Stromausfall, nicht gut, wenn man darauf angewiesen ist.
