Rather good place to stay in Prague
Pros:

The staff is very helpful and always on hand with 24/7 lobby.
Our room was located facing inside the hotel so no street noise was noticeable during the nights and we did get some good sleep in there.

Cons:

Some things are getting old there that might need replacing but that is the way in many hotels in Prague in my opinion.

I would recommend this hotel and it’s wonderful staff to anyone
Pros:

The hotel location is fantastic. 3 minute walk to Wenceslas square and handy for all transport links.
the room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfy.
A fridge that worked and excellent air conditioning were so useful in the hot days we had.
Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and always fresh and replenished.
The most amazing part of this hotel is its team of brilliant staff who helped me out when I was unwell, my own fault and I would apologise again and again.
The night team need special praise for being so patient and the manager Leona for being caring, charming and most of all understanding.
If you stay, be prepared to be very well looked after.

Pros:

Hotel nella media senza alti ne bassi, va benissimo per una notte viaggiando per lavoro o per turismo quando non si hanno particolari esigenza. Buona la colazione. Recptionist davvero gentile ed attenta al cliente. Brava Wella

Cons:

L'affaccio sul cortile interno ti obbliga a mantenere gli scuri sempre tirati creanso così un'atmosfera davvero cupa. l'arredameno è un po' datato.

First time in Prague
Pros:

Despite the street it is in which makes you think it is going to be a bit seedy, it is a nice friendly hotel. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Good selection at breakfast. Perhaps some of the things on their evening buffet could be improved. Also I found the food and coffee luke warm. Some prefer this but for me it must be hot. Staff were vey helpful.

Agradable, pero no repetiría el lugar para la próxima
Pros:

Ubicación: Caminable, pero algo lejos de las atracciones turísticas. Caminar 25 minutos ida y vuelta todos los días es algo tedioso.
Desayuno: Completo, pero la repostería, que es algo en que la ciudad destaca, fue bastante decepcionante.
Habitación: Tamaño pequeña, pero cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno, había variedad, pero no mucha calidad. Como estaba en un lugar peatonal preferimos caminar, ya que los taxis también son bastante costosos, pero estaba un poco lejos de todo.

Wonderful day
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located, perfect location. We had a wonderful stay. The staff staff are friendly and accommodating. A big shout out to Wella, receptionist who went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
