Very comfortable and welcoming here.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The beds and breakfast were awesome. Usually hate hotel beds, but these ones were great!

Great place!
Pros:

Everyone was so nice. Easy check in. Easy check out. The lady doing the breakfast was an invaluable gem!! As was the person taking care of our room. All personnel were thoughtful, professional and just good people!

Cons:

The beds were very tall for a five foot woman. The kids had no problem getting up there so I faked it til I made it!

I like that BW had a gym, pool, and hours for breakfast which was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke Spanish to a few staff. Did not hear anything that woke me up in the middle of the night.

Cons:

The hardwood floor was clean but it seemed like there was some spots that were dirty near the bathroom and closet area. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The water would not go down the drain quickly.

Pros:

Other reviewers were right about the breakfast. For a hotel, it was fabulous. Delicious omelette, potatoes and lots of other selections, served by with helpful and friendly staff. And a “bold” coffee selection for those of us who are not fans of weak hotel coffee. Excellent!

Breakfast was fine. Could have been extended 30 minutes, as it was crowded.

Cons:

Access room had a filthy shower. The shower floor was despicable.
2 soap for hands, one soap for shower. TWO people shared room and had to share one small soap to shower!
No soap dispenser!
Noisy staff in the morning. Room must have been near storage area.
Housekeeping knocked on door early, although SIGN ON DOOR. She apologized.
