The hotel somewhat did its job.

Good location and nice facility.
Pros:

Generally a good experience. Our room was not serviced so I had to ask for extra towels. There was not any bath soap the first time I took a shower, but I was given some when asked. The women who managed breakfast were wonderful.

Better attention to the room.

Pros:

My wife and I have special diet. That morning they did not put out eggs for the breakfast. When I was chatting with someone at the desk, asking about a nearby restaurant it came up. He offered to have some eggs cooked, especially for us. We both thought that that was Not only exceptional, but above and beyond!

it was fine and comfortable. only stayed there one night so the issues mentioned didn't bother much

sink drain didn't work in the room we were placed and the first room we were in teh door did not electronic lock or unlock, it was always open.

I should have went and requested another room, but I didn't want to be that person.
Pros:

Location was ideal to attend an event at UNCW. Bed was comfy. Breakfast appeared good.

Cons:

I did not shower because the bathroom still had a lot of hair from a prior guest. Looked like long black hair and a male also with black hair shaved in the sink.. it was all over the dish with the complementary soaps.

This is a nice clean motel!
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good. I liked that they had a variety of breakfast options to choose from. With Wilmington being such a busy place in terms of traffic, I thought it was convenient to have more than one route to get to the motel from College Rd.
