Nightmare hotel with creepy crawlers
Pros:

Location. That’s it.

Cons:

There were roaches in our room!!!!! MULTIPLE ROACHES. SOME ALIVE. SOME DEAD. The room obviously was not cleaned before we came in! I did not feel comfortable staying in our room, so I left and stayed at a hotel across the street. Have yet to hear back from the hotel regarding a full refund.

Pros:

Nothing. The facility was run down.

Cons:

They changed my room without telling me, and refused to give me the room I reserved and paid for. Keys didn’t work either.
