Pros:

El baño y las dimensiones del apartamento.

Cons:

Todo lo demás. Hemos tenido mala suerte. Cogimos el apartamento de luxe. La cama de la segunda habitación no era lo que decían. Era una cama de 120 y ellos anunciaban una de 150, la habitación es pequeña y no hay mesita de noche. Uno de nosotros tuvo que dormir en el sofá de una sala aparte, sin aire acondicionado.
Había hormigas en la cocina a diario y muchas.
Los utensilios de cocina escasos.
En la terraza hay un avispero en uno de los sofás. Por cierto, nos picaron.
Tampoco hay toldo para protegerte un poco del sol.
La última noche se estropeó el aire acondicionado.
Ha sido una decepción.

Cons:

The hotel is obviously not 4 stars. More like 3 stars with deep issues. Namely:
- Noise from the construction. There is a dusty construction area in front of the hotel which is not visible on the photos. The construction starts at 6:30
- Ac only in the main room. You either struggle in a humid room, or listen to the construction/noisy visitors at night
- Broken things: Baseboard is not glued, hangers are broken, garbage bin pedal does not work, broken window blinds
- Some things (like soap dispensers and other bathroom equipment) are clearly the cheapest ones out there
- Sewage smell in the bathroom. Some drain is not properly sealed
- The entrance to our apartment was from the back, despite the fact there is a front entrance to the hotel. We entered to our apartment via a parking lot basically
- A room for 4 people means one will stay on the couch
- Not the best location. Dusry construction area on the farther side of Herceg-Novi
- Cigarette burns on the sofa. Generally the facilities seen better times
- The cleaning company poured water on our apartment windows at 5:30. This woke up the whole family. When I asked the receptionist why they did that they just said that the cleaners came early
- Either the personnel or the visitors smoke right under the apartment window. We had a ground floor apartment so we struggled
- Irrationally planned apartment - extra large kitchen area with cooking appliances no one uses, while the bathroom is cramped and cheaply done

Pros:

Motorrad parkt in der Tiefgarage. In ein paar Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand und den Restaurants. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch gleich ums Eck.

Cons:

Die Couch hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Der Geruch im Appartement ist teilweise schwierig. Nach kurzer Suche hatte ich das Ursache gefunden. Der ehemalige Ablauf der Waschmaschine im Bad, welcher nun hinter einem Schrank versteckt ist, war nicht verschlossen. Daraus kam dieser fürchterliche Gestank. Ich hab einfach ein Handtuch reingesteckt und das Problem war behoben. Das hätte auch das Personal lösen können, aber die besprühen das Appartement lieber mit einer Dose Raumduft.

Cons:

There's full-scale construction going on near the hotel, dust, dirt, and no road. The hotel staff didn't notify me of the construction in advance, and even after contacting Booking support, they refused to refund my money, even 50%. I didn't stay at the hotel for a single day. I don't recommend it.

Buena ubicación, tranquilidad, buena atención en recepción y aire acondicionado estupendo.

Cons:

La dificultad de acceso al apartamento por encontrarse en obras las inmediaciones y la dificultad de identificar la vía de acceso.

Некоторые механизмы дверей не работали или тяжело открывались (окна, шкаф, даже крышка чайника), без машины тяжело будет добираться до побережья

Pros:

Odlicna komunikacija sa domacinima. Apartman udoban i odlično opremljen. Higijena na visokom nivou. Peskiri se menjaju svaki dan. Obezbedjen parking u garazi. Rado bismo dosli ponovo :)

Krásné a čisté ubytování. Příjemná recepční, která vše vysvětlila.

Cons:

Jelikož se před vstupem staví další hotel, tak se k němu projíždí stavbou, což nebylo nikde uvedeno, tak jsme bloudili, přijeli seshora, kde uprostřed kopce končila cesta a byl problém se na motorce otočit a jet zpět.

Pros:

Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo, komunikacija je bila odlična od dolaska do odlaska. Veliki plus je i garaža, što nam je mnogo značilo jer smo došli motorom. Smještaj je bio čist i uredan, te smo generalno imali prijatan boravak.
