爛透了，房間超髒
Pros:

大概只有門口有免費停車位這點

Cons:

booking 上給的入住地址完全錯誤，是隔壁一條街鐵路旁的棟舊公寓，Google map上找的也是不對的，是剛好在附近找看到門口那個超不明顯的logo才找到
1.冷氣完全不冷，自行打開濾網裡面完全沒清理過，如附圖
清理後才稍微有涼的感覺
2.洗衣機也是完全沒清理，先洗了一次衣服發現整個衣服都發黴的味道，裡面的的濾網整個都是發霉的，還特地跑一趟超市買除味的洗衣球回來洗衣服才乾淨
3.房間裏面蚊子超多，就是找不到哪裡進來的，全家大小一個晚上被叮超級多胞，更正不是蚊子是跳蚤

Forse da migliorare: poco chiaro per gli stranieri: il messaggio via booking per il check-in non faceva capire bene il codice per entrare nella struttura.
Il termostato per l'acqua calda non avendo Istruzioni in inglese non era molto comprensibile

よかったです！
Pros:

別府の主要なところには車で30分以内で大体行けました。
中も綺麗にされていて、洗濯機も乾燥機もあって、かなり便利でした。
施設の説明には見つけれなかったけど、駐車場も、おそらく宿泊部屋は3部屋あるのに対して3台分あったので、停めれてよかったです。

Cons:

電気ケトルの底がカビっぽかったのと、洗濯機のくず取り、乾燥機のフィルターは清掃されてなかったのが少し残念。
ケトルは使用せずに備え付けの鍋で湯は沸かせたし、洗濯機・乾燥機ともに自分でどうにかできたので問題はありませんでしたが、気にする人は気にするでしょうね。

Took hours to get into the place
Cons:

No door entry codes were sent over! A resident said this is a recurring problem; she's always letting folks in the main door but then they have no way to access the apartment. We ended up getting help at the local convenience store. Booking.com did not offer assistance and we called multiple locations until we found someone to give us the code over the phone. Plans for the afternoon were completely scuttled.

この価格で家族4人が泊まれたのはかなり良かった。
Pros:

アパートメントホテルだからこそ、キッチンや洗濯機&乾燥機が備え付けてあり、設備も割と新しくキレイだった点は良かった。

Cons:

最終的に土壇場で予約を確保することになったためか、大人2人、小学生1人、未就学児1人の4人での宿泊も可ということで予約確定に至ったはずだったが、ちょっと手狭な部屋のように感じた。
また、事前に送られるというチェックイン方法が書かれたメールが届いておらず、スムーズなチェックインとは行かなかった。何度もサポートセンターに連絡しながらで何とかチェックイン手続きが終えられた。アパートメントホテルだからこそ、誰にも対面することなくチェックイン手続きができるという点は良かったような気もするが、事前の案内がないとかなり戸惑ってしまうことになるな、と思った。

genug Platz, Modernes Zutrittssystem, moderne Ausstattung. Gute Kissen.

Im ganzen ziemlich gut, gute Lage.

Cons:

Etwas harte Betten aber völlig in Ordnung. Dusche ist ziemlich niedrig wenn man groß ist, aber naja das Problem haben wir eigentlich überall aber hier war sie besonders niedrig.

コスパ良く無駄がなく機能的なお部屋
Pros:

受付の仕方がわからず着いてすぐ電話させていただきましたが、とても丁寧に分かりやすくご対応頂き、助かりました！
マンションの一室といった感じのシンプルで綺麗なお部屋で、キッチンと食器類に洗濯機と乾燥機までついていて、駐車場も敷地内にあり、非常にありがたかったです。
コンビニや、行きたかった飲食店にも近く、家族でゆったり過ごせました。

Cons:

換気扇をつけていない状態でも少しドアが最後まで閉まりづらくて、しっかり押し込まないと鍵が空回りして閉まらず、ほぼ毎回閉まったかどうか確認が必要でした。
