The staff was friendly and efficient

Cons:

The free breakfast was unacceptable. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner but the free included breakfast was only take away with five small portion choices and no juice only terrible coffee. Recommend using the Starbucks or Dunkin one block away. The restaurant is a tenant not part of the hotel but it made our stay not completely enjoyable.

Convenient for nearness to airport.
Pros:

The restaurant was great. It was good to have shuttle service to the airport. It would have been better if the shuttle picked us up from the airport as well.

Cons:

It wasn’t a problem with the property, but the form I was asked to fill in before arriving was too much.

Thankfully only there for 8 hours!
Pros:

The bar was a surprise and we were able to get a beer and nachos which were surprisingly good.

Cons:

Everything was very tired. The bed had clean sheets but an old brown blanket which felt grubby and the carpet was wet by the ac unit which was unbelievably loud. The shower did not work properly. You kind of felt like you didn’t want to put your bare feet on the floor!

Great location, horrible, rude staff.
Pros:

The Location - very close to the airport, perfect for a short, overnight stay.
Comfortable beds
Clean rooms
Free Shuttle

Cons:

The front desk staff - ranging from unfriendly to rood, unwilling to help or solve problems, short-tempered, uninviting. Destroyed the whole stay.
Dated decor, the hotel is definitely not "nice".
