Pros:

Lage gut. U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dann 10minütige Fahrt bis zum Stephansplatz.
Gute Ausstattung des Apartments.

Cons:

Unsere Wohnung im EG hatte leider nur schwachen Lichteinfall. Selbst bei bestem Wetter mit strahlend blauem Himmel blieb es leicht dämmrig im Wohn-/Küchenbereich.

Ottima posizione, comoda sia alla metro che alla stazione dei treni, supermercati vicini. Struttura con arredamento nuovo, molto comodo il check-in online con i codici di accesso e la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check-in o dopo il check-out.

Cons:

Pulizia migliorabile: si notava che le superfici erano state pulite ma c'erano diversi capelli nei cassetti del mobile bagno e soprattutto sul letto.

1.使用自助入住系統會再入住前提供密碼 入住時間彈性
2.廚房有鍋具
3.房內有1雙人床+1沙發床 共計應該是可以睡4個人以上
4.每個房間配有陽台 但沒甚麼風景好看

Cons:

房務打掃人員在check out時間前就一直催促我們趕快離開 讓我覺得很煩燥
明明就還沒到check out 卻一直趕人離開
The housekeeping staff kept rushing us to leave before the check-out time, which was very frustrating. We were rushed out even though it was not yet time to check out.

Topla preporuka za apartman. Za kratki boravak i obilazak grada vrlo praktivan. Blizu je U bahn, P+R parking, prodavnice
Pros:

Novo i cisto. Blizu metroa.

Cons:

Ponekad se cuje buka aviona i voza. 6 cifrena sifra za ulaz, 4 je docoljno i za sigurnost i prakticnost.

Perfect place to stay in Vienna!
Pros:

Staff is Friendly and helpful , apartment is spotless and located near the metro station having all amenities included including lift and balcony.
