Outstanding.
Pros:

Very good contact with the host. Detailed and precise information concerning the check in. Spacious apartment, large bathroom, very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and safe neigbourhood. S-Bahn station just around the corner, 5 minutes walk to U-Bahn and tram station. Comfortable bed. Good price.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Maravillosa ubicación y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Comodidad de la habitación y ubicación.

Cons:

Al estar en la planta baja, se escucha ruido de la calle paralela, así como, el ruido del tren. Por lo demás todo genial.

It’s our second time at this location and for sure we will come back, everything was perfect
Pros:

Close to any kind of transportation (metro, bus, tram), close to shops (DM, Lidl, Billa, Anker)
Very nice balcony
Easy check in/check out
There’s a storage room to leave your luggage at any time, even after check out (in case you have a later flight)

Appartamento spazioso e accogliente. Tende ben spesse che non facevano entrare la luce al mattino. Silenzioso. Dotato di ogni comfort.

Cons:

Stanza assegnataci diversa da quella scelta in fase di prenotazione.
Assenza di uno specchio al di fuori del bagno. Assenza di un ripiano all'interno del box doccia e di un bicchiere portaspazzolini.

Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

It was so easy to get to the apartment from the airport. The location is fantastic, great shops and bars close by. The apartment itself is perfect, the bed is so comfortable and it was so quiet. Absolutely brilliant.

ZERO communication until the last moment !!!!!

After zero communication with them nothing was feel good !!!

Cons:

We had the worst experience regarding contactless booking .
After we booked .... Jimmy's apartments replied by sending us a message through which we had to register online in order to complete our check in procedure.
The link for months did not work at all !!!!
Days before checking in we tried to contact them many times with messages , emails even by calling them , giving them our details to call us back but it was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE !!!!
The only reply we had was to follow the link which again and again didn't work.
A FEW HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK IN we did not receive any further information except from the useless link.
Of course they have been paid in full and of course they said if we didn't manage to register online (by the useless link )they wouldn't send us the key code to enter the apartment.
Imagine how it must have felt to travel to a foreign country, to be on a plane and not being sure IF ME AND MY FAMILY HAD SOMEWHERE TO STAY !!!!!
This is the most unprofessional, faceless , insensitive and unemotional behavior I have ever seen in my life .
Luckily for us they did sent us the precious link and we manage to have the key code just before the check in time .....
The problem is not just the link .... What was really unfair was that I was trying to communicate with someone , and this someone did not respect that they took money from me, they did not respect that I tried to contact them and most of all they just didn’t care at all about their customers until the very last MOMENT!!!!

Great apartment, great location
Pros:

The location was very good, near metro station with good connection to the center. The area was quiet and the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

Cons:

The bathroom could be a little cleaner, and the drawers next to the bed had some dust.
