Pros:

Room was great. Onsen was great.
Front desk staff were not very friendly. My wife is Japanese and they were rude to both of us.
Coming in at night after dinner no one says hello even though they are just sitting at the front desk.
Nice room and comfortable bed. Shower was excellent too.
Too bad the staff are not more friendly. It is a hotel after all....

Pros:

若いスタッフの対応が無愛想で全く笑顔がなくせっかく遠くから行ったのにちょっと悲しい気持ちになった
Wi-Fiが部屋ごとに違うので設定のためにイチでしたテレビを開けたりするのが面倒でそこは今まで行った中で1番不便を感じた

景色だけは満点でしたがホテルの対応や朝食のビュッフェなどもいまいちでした

Einfach ein grossartiger Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Hervorragender Aufenthalt. Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das Essen einfach köstlich mit super Buffet. Wunderschönes Onsen auf dem Rooftop mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt. Seit über 10 Jahren gehen wir regelmässig zum Onsen nach Japan. Dieses Hotel ist etwas vom BE!

別府駅から少し離れていますが、タクシーで5分ぐらいです。
露天風呂が、最高に気持ちよかったです。
脱衣所も髪の毛が落ちておらず、清掃がとても行き届いていると思いました。
別府に寄ったら、また泊まりに行きたいと思います！

掃除は必要ですか？と聞かれたので掃除はいいですが、タオルなどの交換はお願いしますとチェックイン時に伝えたが、タオルもバスマットも洗顔用タオルも換えてなくて、フロントに電話したのは残念。

這次入住別府雷克斯Rex海灘酒店，四大一小的家庭旅行獲得滿分好評！酒店位置絕佳，直面蔚藍海景，房內寬敞舒適，日式榻榻米與西式床鋪的組合完美適合家庭，孩子玩得開心，長輩也休息得放鬆。

最大亮點是頂樓的露天溫泉，一邊泡湯一邊欣賞別府灣的日落，疲勞一掃而空！公共浴場同樣乾淨寬敞，還貼心提供兒童浴盆。早餐選擇豐富，新鮮海產和當地食材讓人驚艷，連挑食的小朋友都吃得津津有味。

服務人員態度親切，主動協助預約周邊景點門票，推薦的九州猴園和地獄蒸工房讓行程更充實。步行5分鐘即達沙灘，孩子堆沙玩水不亦樂乎。整體CP值超高，家庭客必推！已計畫下次再訪～

This property has a lovely 8th floor infinity pool public bath overlooking the bay. All rooms face the bay and had both a nice view and we're muiet - the ocean waves easily heard from your balcony which faced a public parks beach. Staff there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of both japanese and western dishes.
