Very helpful front desk - Sebastian!
Great location of hotel. Offered to help with laundry and other items. Only a 15 minute walk from the metro
My stay at the Somos Beats hotel was pleasant they had some good breakfast and the staff were friendly. My room was not too impressive but comfortable enough to enjoy my stay.
Pros: Location & just the size of the room
Cons: Absolutely everything else.
Upon check in- there was no towels in the room, not even toilet roll. We had to go downstairs, ask for & bring everything up ourselves.
House keeping make the beds and do literally nothing else. No vacuuming or mopping. Sheets w stains on them.
The rooftop bar is tiny and drinks are overpriced.
Breakfast is limited and not great.
The Tribe hotel is up the road and a LOT better value for money, despite being the same price per night.
No idea how this hotel has had such good reviews. So very disappointing!

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good as well.
Initially, I was placed on the 10th floor, where I quickly learned what “adults-only hotel” truly meant — the rooftop music was extremely loud and it felt like a disco in my room. I was unable to sleep until around 2 a.m.
I was then moved to the 8th floor, where unfortunately the internet did not work. There was also an issue with the hotel water at first, which was later resolved.
When I was checking out, my Uber was already waiting and I was told there was an additional charge of 10,000 COP. No explanation was provided for this charge. I don’t mind paying fees, but I would have appreciated knowing what the charge was for.
Overall, my experience was mediocre. The only real saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff

Had a great time staying at somos beats. Extremely welcoming people at the hotel that made our stay very pleasant. Mosquito bar was the highlight! Also in a nice and safe area.
Had the best time at Somos with my brother. Gabriela, Ashley and Sebastian were always on hand to ask any questions and ensure we have a safe trip exploring the city. Very thankful for their positivity and good spirits. Can’t wait to be back!

The hotel is in a great location if you want to experience the liveliness of Provenza you’re just a short stroll away, the hotel is located in a much quieter street, breakfast is a varying dish each day, which were delicious, don’t skip breakfast! The rooms were spacious and while there is a rooftop and you do hear a little bit noise whether from outside or the rooftop it’s nothing that will prevent you from getting a good night’s rest (8th floor) . I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Gabi was incredibly kind and attentive — she went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived.
